AA Elite did a home inspection for us on a house we'd put a conditional offer on, and we were anxious about the fact that we couldn't be there during the inspection, but the inspection report was outstanding. It convinced us that we couldn't afford the house, given the repairs would be so extensive, and we elected to back out of the deal. We think AA Elite saved us enormous grief and money by pointing out with pictures and excellent explanations all the areas that needed work or had potential problems. Even the listing agent who was unhappy to see the deal fall through was hugely impressed by the report and said he'd recomment AA Elite to others. This was the second home inspection that we had hired John's services for. As always, John was incredibly knowledgeable, passion and friendly to deal with. He was able to not only conduct a very thorough inspection but he is always able to articulate the information in a meaningful way so that any layman can understand. John Generaux performed a thorough and eye opening inspection for my first new home purchase. John’s years of experience allowed him to trace signs of past defects, identify current problems and suggest areas of future concern that were not so obvious. The infrared camera was a very valuable bonus. I would highly recommend John for a courteous, professional and reliable home inspection.

John was excellent! He was punctual even though he had to travel a distance. He was extremely thorough and made sure that he explained everything in detail to us as he went through the inspection. John was great! Arrived on time and inspected the property we were interested in buying inside and out. He found some major issues - including structural and mould problems - that another leading home inspection firm who had performed an inspection on behalf of the sellers did not. Needless to say the sellers of the house were not happy with their inspector but we were extremely happy to have found John! He worked with high end technology and walked us through all of his findings and reccomendations during the inspection. Afterwards we had a full 150 page report with photos emailed to us in a PDF all in under 24hrs. I have already reccomened John to multiple friends and collegues. His knowledge and technology put him way ahead of other home inspectors. If you're buying a home definitely call him!

We would highly recommend John to anyone for a home inspection. He arrived early, did work work on the roof before commencing to the interior of the home. He found a major leak coming from one of the bathrooms leaking into the basement of the home and a bunch of other things pertaining to the electrical and roof and potential mould in the basement. He pointed out a lot of things for potential repair and finished off the inspection with infrared camera looking for leaks and water damage. He went through his entire inspection and pictures with us at the end of the appointment. Highly recommended to anyone .. Thanks John!
