If I was allowed to give John more STARS then I definitely would!!!! I know my comment is long. But do yourself a favor and read it all. A friend sent me John's link and when I contacted him, I received an immediate friendly response. He was couteous and extremly professional. John encouraged me to walk through the inspection with him so he could teach me the mechanics of the house itself plus explained how to maintain it and conserve on Energy. Me being a single person, this was very important and helpful. His knowledge combined with technology was truly overwhelming and he took his time to make sure I understood everything. He treated this inspection like it was for his own family with major concern about the safety issues and the bad workmanship. John certainly has pride in his results and cares about the customers awareness. I know I will save a ton of $$$ from what I learned. What a refreshing experience. Several photo's were taken so I will remember along with a detailed report.

Purchased a property in Hamilton and was referred to John from a colleague. Booking the home inspection was easy, as I arranged online. During the actual home inspection, John was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions.

John was fantastic and very knowledgable. He went through the entire house with me and explained everything, some things I knew, a lot I didn't. I will definitely recommend him to our friends when they buy new or older houses. It may not be the cheapest home inspection out there, but it IS the most thorough.

I'm sure everything in real-estate is last minute but my inspection needs certainly were as well - I needed the inspection & report within about a day. John was excellent. He was everything professional but he was also great walking a novice like myself through the inspection. He was very thorough, taking about 3.5 hours and was more than pleased to answer many of my silly questions ... After leaving me about 7:30p, John emailed me 1/2 of the report that night around midnight and followed up with the final report when I woke in the AM. Having the pictures, descriptions and summary was invaluable information as I negotiated with the sellers on my house ... Thanks!

Had a great inspection with John. He found a small crack in a floor joist which was covered by tarion. He told me how to get it all sorted out. Cost was almost $17,000 to do, all paid for by the builder thanks to John's comprehensive report and knowledge. Thanks John!!!!

After I left a message for John on his v/m he got back to me within minutes to set-up an appointment that was convenient for me to do an inspection of my new home. He was very thorough in his inspection, taking photos and making notes. He explained everything in terms I understood and felt confident that I knew the end result of the recommendations. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with and I felt I received the value for my money. I would recommend him (and already have) to others.

Jone was very considerate in that he accomodate his time to our limited time frame. He came earlier than the scheduled time to make sure the inspection can be completed on time. He was very friendly and really knowledgable. He was patient and tried to ask any questions we had. I would recommend John to anyone without hesitation.
