I would like to thank John for his amazing feedback and expertise. We were looking into buying a home and it was sale conditional on home inspection. I tried booking the appointment online but it was fully book. I called John directly and he managed to squeeze us in last minute. John was so friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great conversation and with John's advice we did some homework on the house we're looking to puchased and ended up not buying it since there were some issues that we couldn't move forward with. We ended up not doing the inspection. We will definately use John for our future home inspections. Such a smart guy!
