This was not the first time John had performed a house inspection for me. As usual, a very complete, easy to follow list of items that need attention. This kind of report is very helpful when you are buying a home and want to see past the staging and the painting. I have suggested John to my friends in the past and I know many of them, like myself, have used John even to inspect new homes. It is certainly a great peace of mind to know that above the ceiling, behind the drywall, under the floor and other unseen areas where "good enough" can easily replace the expert attention you believe your house always deserves. Very happy with John's professionalism and frankness.

After reviewing AA Elites website I really liked what I saw. I then booked a home inspection. They were very friendly and quick to respond to my request. This was the best decision we ever made. John was very professional and knowledgeable. He found things that I would have never even seen before. The infrared camera is such an amazing tool. John & Steve inspected my home today for my 1 year Tarion warranty. The inspection paid for itself within the first 5 minutes as they found some issues on the outside of the house I had never noticed that could have caused some significant damage. The next 2 hours and 55 minutes were not disappointing either as they found some serious structural issues in the basement. Excellent professional service all around. I highly recommend their inspection services!

We book John from AA Elite to do the first home inspection but due to the major fixes and the sellers not budging we let that house go. So now we bought another house and called AA Elite again since we had such a great experience the first time. John was not available but Steve was able to do our inspection. Steve was amazing as well. He showed up 1 hour earlier to inspect the roof and the exterior of the house because he knew it would start raining soon. Very pro-active! When we got there he took his time to go over his exterior findings with us with the pics he took on his camera. Steve is also very detailed. He answered all our questions and gave us an explanation of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He pointed out the minors fixes. For this new property luckily we didn't have any major issues. Steve went the extra step to tell us how we can avoid major issues by fixes the minor ones and how we can save money. He was so thorough he even impressed our Agent. The 3 hours went by so quickly. Afterwards Steve took his time to go over each picture with us and do a summary recap of what was going to be in his report. We were so impressed with him. In the end we decided we can do the minor fixes ourselves and we bought the house. Both Steve and John of AA Elite sent is their report the same night. I would definately recommend Steve and John from the AA Elite Team for my future home inspections and anyone I know. They are truly amazing! Thanks Steve, it was a pleasure meeting you!!!

John is a fun guy to work with check every aspects of the house and explains everything in detail, will definitely recommend this guy to everybody. He pointed out things that needed attention which an ordinary man cannot see.

I got an almost perfect home inspection, John is really a professional experienced home inspector I liked the way he diagnoses the problems. Besides he illustrates well to customers who might not have good knowledge of home equipments and stuff.

As a real estate investor finding the right property is of upmost importance and having a thorough home inspection is a key step. I have had three inspections with AA Elite in the past year (one from John and two from Steve). I can't speak highly enough about both of these guys. They explain everything in great detail so I fully learn the important details of each house. I can't wait to buy my next investment property so that I can spend a few more hours learning from these guys!
