Small Addition and Renovation All the good things that they are saying about Rocco are true. For our project we needed architectural design services including advice along with the required building permits. Rocco provided this promptly in a very professional, efficient and friendly manor. Everything he did was very accurate and there were no hitches. We will not hesitate to use Rocco on our next renovation

Rocco is very easy to deal with and is very dedicated to his work. He replies to any inquiries 7 days a week. He did deliver the plan and permit to us even his pregnant wife can give birth anytime soon! :)

We hired Rocco through DrainCom for a basement underpinning job. He assessed the job throughly, got all the work permits and completed drawings for the unerpinning as well as for the finishing work. Excellent work and drawings were done within 2 weeks. Would definitely use this company again.

I first read about the aforementioned company on this website, my only reaction is that he sounded too good to be true. When you hire Rocco, you get about 4 well fitting hats in one. A very honourable and ethical gentlemen, a real expert on building permits and regulations who is proactive and sees the job through from start to finish, a man with substantial contracting experience, and a crafstman who has a great sense of aesthetics. And a businessman who is totally responsive and works at the speed of light and anticipates the problems before you do. Prior to hiring Rocco, we were using an architect with a masters degree from Stanford. The Stanford architects drawings after months of prodding him looked like a Kenners easy bake oven which took months to do. Both his work and his excellent character leave nothing to be desired. You never have to prod him. I wish I had some friends like him. I can only speak well of him. He makes a complicated process seamless with a lot of grace and charm. I would not hesitate to hire him again. He just loves his work, that comes through loud and clear. Perhaps he is a descendant of Michael Angelo, it would not surprise me. If everyone in business had his fundamental respect for his clients needs, the court system wouldn't be clogged up.

I hired Rocco to provide me with the plans and permits to underpin my basement as well the layout for finishing the space. He was very attentive and had the plans and permits within 2 weeks. I was very pleased with his knowledge and the quality of service he provided. I would definitely recommend his services.

This is the second time I have used Rocco's services. He is very knowledgeable and helped me maneuver through any challenges we had to deal with. Rocco's helped us through comittee of adjustements and also to get our permits very quickly. I was astounded by Rocco's response time as he was tireless through the entire process from the begining stages to helping us with estimations through permit application and even helped us onsite while work was being done when minor changes were decided on last minute. Would recommend Rocco to anyone that is looking to manage a successful project.

Rocco is the best. He has very high standards and work ethics. He will go out of his way to make sure your permits are dealt with in a timely fashion and he is very prompt at getting back to you when you have questions. Rocco was quick to respond to my request to provide an assessment of our home. Even while he was away on vacation, he got back to me right away to say he would follow-up the following week. We had concerns that our house might have a weak support beam. Rocco charged me a visit fee, but provided a thorough assessment, and spent time to explain everything to me. Luckily, it turned out to be fine, but he suggested a contractor visit for a second option. He referred a great contractor who visited a few days later, spent time checking it out and as it turns out everything is fine. I appreciated Rocco's thoroughness, punctuality and honesty! I would recommend him and his company.

Just wanted to take a minuet to thank roco for being so professional in his work and for always being on hand when we needed him. My company has been using roco now for approx 3yrs and throughout that time he has done about 30 drawings for us at draincom and every time the drawings are very well done and he is super fast,and if we have had any question then he is always available.
