Rocco was great to work with. He was prompt with deliverables, punctual for meetings, provided professional service and easy to work with if we had questions and/or changes to our plans as well as being reasonably priced. In the summer of 2012, Rocco provided us with drawings for a new addition and was available to come out for measurements the day after we spoke. The preliminary drawings were done in about two weeks and finalized within a week. He knows how to fast track permits and we got ours in less than two weeks. We made one major change to the plans during construction which Rocco also drafted for us and filed for permit. Drawings were done the next day. During construction I asked him for a second opinion and he came out to have a look without hesitation. I have already recommended Rocco's services to friends. Oh ya, Rocco and his wife had a little girl during all of this! As with any supplier, ask questions, don't be afraid to make changes and be sure of what you're getting.

Rocco has been amazing in his work, courtesy and patience. We had our first meeting with Rocco back in February 20, 2010. We were planning on doing a two story addition in our house. Rocco came home, listened to our ideas and that same week, submitted drawings that met our needs. In order to obtain the city's approval we ended having to go through the Committee of Adjustments and Rocco took care of everything. We got the approval and; unfortunately, due to different circumstances, we needed to do changes to accommodate our new needs. Rocco showed the comprehension and understanding that, I believe, is difficult to find in the fast paced renovation businesses. Once we were ready, Rocco provided new ideas that were incorporated in the current drawings. After more than two years, the renovation has started and we may be back "home" by January 2013. I would highly recommend Rocco to anyone who is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional. Thank you Rocco!!

Rocco was great. Everything you want from an architect for a reno project. He's fast, responsive, knows his stuff and can navigate the permit process very quickly. No waiting 3 weeks or more as is the case with other architects (and that's just for drawings). Rocco came to my house on a Friday to take measurements and sketch the property and house, all the while answering my questions about what my renovation options were. 2 days later he had my completed drawings and application. 7 days later (the next Friday) he hand delivered my building permit. I am at least 2 weeks ahead of where I'd be in my reno project if if I had used someone else. Thanks Rocco.

From first contact with Rocco, he was very professional and speedy to respond. He provided structural drawings for the removal of a wall in our home, and was available at all hours to answer our questions and provide suggestions on design, and contractors etc.

Rocco understood exactly what we were wanting done and completed it in under a week. He took the time to explain the process with us and his fee was very reasonable. He even got the permit for us!! Thanks Rocco!!

Rocco came by the house today to provide assistance in planning a renovation. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He had a clear understanding of what we wanted to accomplish, and was straight to the point with his proposal. I would not hesitate to use him for any future job. Highly Recommended!!!!

Rocco was great to work with. He was extrmely professional right from the first contact. He answered all emails, phone calls and was on-time for appointments. He expertly guided us through the planning of our biggest renovation project ever.The plans were created we had approvals as well as building, plumbing and HAVC permits issued within 10 days which is no small feat in the city of Toronto. Furthermore he recommended a contractor to undertake the basement work who was as professional as Rocco was. Overall a great experience and I wish all building professional worked like this!

After researching 3-4 companies and trying to decide who to use for my drawings, I made a decision to use Rocco......and am I ever glad that I did!! He was very professional and friendly, and took his time reviewing my project and listening to my questions. He turned the drawings and permits around VERY quick for me. I would recommend Rocco to any friends or family of mine.

Rocco was an amazing architect to work with. He was very proffesional and courteous in getting drawings done, submitted and quickly approved. We had our permit personaly delivered and ready to begin building within two weeks. When we needed a small revision done, Rocco did not hesitate in adjusting the drawing, re-submitting them and approved by the city.
