I have worked with Rocco on two projects a small kitchen re-design with removing walls and another one to build a room on top of garage. On both the architectural services provided were excellent. On both providing the permits in a timely manner and the quality of design was excellent. Also he found a solution without removing the existing roof on top of the house even if it was challenging. He manage to delivered the permits on time, with very good quality and always keep his word in terms of time, money and conditions. I will work with him again any time and recommend to everyone.

Rocco is one of those rare Rocco is a rare guy in the trades - he does what he says he is going to do and he does it on time and on budget. We hired Rocco to help us expedite a permit for a new garage. While we had already designed the structure, he provided invaluable advice that resulted in us moving the building to another part of our lot and opening up all kinds of new opportunities for development of our backyard. We can't thank him enough for encouraging us to do this and for landing us a permit in only a few days. This allowed us to complete our garage project and landscaping before the end of the building season. We were planning to build an extension on our bungalow and he was very wonderful to work with. He was very quick and was very detailed and communicative when working with me on what I wanted to do. Very happy with the results.

Great service. Rocco got back to me within hours of my first email (on a Sunday) was responsive, polite, explained things thoroughly, spent more time than he anticipated on the job but didn't charge more than he quoted me. Very satisfied.

Rocco was true to his word and had the permits available in a week! I would highly recommend him as he is very easy to work with and he included other items in the permit (backwater valve) without even being asked.
