I have never dealt with better service in my entire life. Not only was Homestars profesional, but the quality of work was actually amazing! Not to mention, super affordableI have yet to have any problems since they fixed my sinks, toilets, and water heater. I was actually shocked they were able to come the next day, first thing in the morning I might add, an there day was already jam packed! I dont let any of my friends use anyone else! I never write reviews usually but I approached my specialist Graham about being able to put a good word out there since they deserve it.

When your hot water heater fails late in the day what do you do? No one answers the phone or emails at 10:00PM… I tried several and you get the form to fill out and they will get back to you the next day. I filled out 2 forms then stumbled across this firm and read the reviews, so decided to give them a try and sent the email. Low and behold I get an answer at ten o clock at night from Graham. He quoted 799.00 installed and would take the old tank away The tech Richard arrived at 8am on the dot. Removed the old tank installed a new Rheem Classic Plus Professional tank. He also replaced the cold water valve plus cleaned up the mess the previous tank installer left in the cold water line at no extra charge Richard was in and out in one hour and fifteen minutes, Left the area mopped and clean I highly recommend this tech and his firm… A Real professional Company with ethics. These guys were amazing. Super friendly and personable, plus they didn't complain once about having to haul my new water heater up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment, then unhook and move my washer/dryer, then haul my old water heater back down 3 flights of stairs, and re-hook up my washer/dryer. They showed up on time and only took about an hour or so to do everything. Really reasonably priced for all the labour involved compared to most other companies I got quotes from, and my new water heater works like a charm! It's been a couple weeks with no issues. Would highly recommend.

Urban Piping is an absolutely excellent company with respect to the replacement of PolyB piping. We could not have been more pleased with the overall level of service and professionalism provided by Graham and his crew of contractors throughout our renovations, the speed of the actual pipe replacement and the quality of ceiling and wall repairs. PolyB pipe replacement was done in one day and the entire job including the full repairs of all ceilings and walls was completed within 2 weeks. What was really amazing and wonderful was that all repairs, especially to our knockdown ceilings, was completed to the same standard and appearance prior to the initial tear down. As a result of the pipe replacement and construction, we also decided to upgrade our downstairs bathroom shower and tile and to tear out out jacuzzi and replace our main upstairs bathroom at the same time. We couldn't be happier with how our 2 bathrooms turned out when everything was fully completed. What was also fully appreciated, was the ongoing followup of work to ensure that everything was properly completed to our satisfaction and quality and I would recommend anyone to use Urban Piping when it comes to PolyB pipe replacement and home repairs.

I could not be happier with the service and speed of Urban Piping. These guys really are the gold standard of contracting and I will be using them again. The main bathroom turned out amazing.

We contacted the company when we were having issues getting the home insurance that we wanted because of the poly B piping that was used in our house. We were informed when we bought the house in February of 2015 that we did have this type of plumbing but were told not to be concerned. However this was not the case according to the insurance company and other plumbers that we contacted. Urban Piping came to our house within a day of our phone call, did a thorough inspection, told us what the issues were, how they would proceed with the job, and gave us a quote. We were impressed with the company because they were able to complete all aspects of the job including tear down and repairing and painting all walls and ceilings that were affected during the renovation. Urban Piping started the job early on Monday morning and it was completed by Friday afternoon. It is not noticeable where they repaired the walls and the ceiling and they were excellent about cleaning up the construction site. Upon completion they did a thorough walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied with the completed project.

Excellent and efficient service. Would use again or recommend for sure!! Friendly owner and thorough review of what work was done. Needed an electrician for the job and was able to get someone in on the same day.

After receiving 3 quotes for replacing our hot water tank, we decided to go with Urban Piping because of their excellent reputation. For us this was the most important factor in deciding who to hire for this job. In fact one of the companies offered to do the job for $100 less but we didn't know anything about this company, so we hired Graham and he didn't let us down. Top service 10/10. Thank you!
