When my bathroom faucet broke, Drew managed to find the only one left in the city and replace it that day! His work is fast and professional and he made sure the rest of the faucets and sinks worked properly.

Did a wonderful job installing a new hot water tank into a very tricky area. I was quite concerned with there ability to get the tank down/up the stairs and they did it flawless. We have had no issues since the install and they even have followed up to address any concerns. They went above my expectations.

Had Graham to replace two out dated hot water tanks. He was professional from prividing the quote to finishing up the final clean up. It was a pleasuse to work with him. He also gave me all the tips for maintaining the tanks for the future. The quote was very reasonable. He is on my speed dial for any other projects...

Old water tank was removed and replaced with larger, more efficient tank. Service was fast, friendly, and right on budget.

We had a leak coming from our bathroom down into our living room ceiling. It was a bit difficult to trace but Graham was diligent in trying to find exactly where the origin was. Ultimately it was located and was a very easy fix requiring only some silicone. Unfortunately, our ceiling below had a small amount of water damage. Most if which was cut out to aid in the investigation. Graham said they could provide someone to address that, and right away no less. Sam showed up later in the day and then again the next 2 mornings to patch, mud and sand the area in question. She did a great job, was very courteous and professional - as was Graham. Thanks!
