Urban Piping was recommended by friends who have used them for years. Graham installed 3 new toilets and removed the old ones. He was courteous and professional and the final bill ended up being less than what was quoted to me over the phone. He even fixed a slow drain in the bathtub for us. I will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I moved to Edgemont knowing almost every house has Poly-B plumbing. I called around all the big name plumbers and most were either unwilling to work with it or those that would were "really busy" so I couldn't even get a quote. Finally one company told me about Urban Piping as they sub-contract all their Poly-B removal to them. Graham was super prompt, accurate with his quote and did a great job. They offer to do tear down all the way to "as it was before", but I opted out of the refinishing for budget reasons. Lucky for me I have family that does really good drywall work and I can paint. Grahams team was incredibly fast. Another team finished early so they came to help so I had 6 plumbers working as a well oiled machine so they were done in the same day. It took me just over an hour to move stuff back and do a quick vacuum and mop and now it's up to me to finish it off. I was so worried this was going to be a huge undertaking, but here I am the morning after thinking how easy it was. A huge thanks Graham and team!

My house in Harvest Hills is 24 years old and after suffering a few unexplained water leaks it was clear that I had to remediate the Poly B piping in my house. I got a few quotes (some were insanely high) and decided to have Graham and his crew from Urban Piping, tackle the job. Graham’s team does the "whole job". They cut the holes replace the piping, fix the dry walls, do all the painting, texturing, and clean up, basically a one stop shop. This is obviously a relatively major job and very intrusive however Graham assured us that the job would be done as smoothly as possible. He said the house will look exactly same when he is finished. Well he wasn’t kidding. It is unbelievable how much work was required and how quickly they did it. They matched the paint and texturing perfectly. He answered the phone himself and was there for us the whole way through the 7 working days that the job took. Hopefully you won't have Poly B piping issues, but if you do, I highly recommend Urban Piping Ltd. 10 out of 10.

Had Graham and his guys come in and re-pipe my entire house to get rid of the old poly b pipes and install tile in my bathroom. They did an awesome job and completed it all in one day as promised. Can't say enough about the great work they did. Would definitely recommend Urban Piping to anyone. Great job guys!!

I have Graham out to remove a water softener that was in the way of an electrical panel I was replacing. There were no shut off valves installed, so Graham installed two shut off valves and a by-pass valve. He managed to fit me in to his busy schedule and kept bang on to the predicted price. I will definitely be using Urban Piping for any plumbing jobs I have come up. Thanks Graham.

Needed a guy to fix our hot water heater from leaking and replace the inners in a few toilets. He came right over and gave us a good price. Tried to upsell us on a new hot water heater, but I expect that. We passed.

Graham was punctual, charged a far more reasonable rate than his competitors, and did professional work. I would not hesitate to hire him again. If you are price shopping for plumbing work, give Graham a call. You won't regret it.

Suddenly there was no hot water. A quick assessment showed that the pilot light would not stay lit. Called a few places and Urban Piping was the only one who was able to come the next day. Graham came on time and replaced the tank quickly and efficiently. He explained how the new tank worked and how to light the pilot light (should I need to do that again), Very happy that hot water is flowing again! Would recommend them!

I researched the cost of replacing 2 10 year old hot water tanks, and Graham was the cheapest. He returned my call promptly and was very professional. He arrived when he said, did the job very well. I will definitely use him again, for a number of misc. plumbing jobs around the house. As we agreed, I will make a list and he will address them all in one visit. Very time and cost effective.
