My water heater was leaking and when I called around, this company had the best prices. I found a number of positive reviews on the internet so called and had my water heater replaced. Graham (owner) was obviously knowledgeable and provide good service at a better price than large companies

Graham replaced both of our hot water tanks, was fast, courteous, and thorough. Price was exactly as quoted (800 per 40 gal tank, installed), and our initial discussion about what type of system was best for our situation confirmed what I had already researched. He had to pick up parts to bring our gas connection up to code, and did so at no additional cost. He also took the time to walk me through what he had done, and how the tanks operate. I had him look at a few other plumbing issues afterwards, and he gave recommendations and prices that were very reasonable. I highly recommend Graham.

Graham was punctual on his visit to my suite & looked at my bathtub faucet for which he charged a reasonable $80 call-out fee. Before leaving, he told me that parts would need to be ordered & that he would contact his rep to find out if parts for this particular brand could be found. He knew that I would be renting my suite in just over a week & that getting this done quickly was an issue. He assured me he'd call me with an update as soon as the weekend was over. Nothing, so I called him & despite leaving voice mail, have not gotten any response. This is completely unprofessional & has left me w/ little time to call a real plumber to set this right before my tenants move in. I'm very disappointed & would NOT recommend Graham to anyone.

I've used Graham a few times for small jobs around the house. For each one his approach has been no nonsense and hands on, he's been very flexible with schedules, and his pricing reasonable.

Graham was very knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. There's an old axiom in business that says you can't have it fast, good and cheap, but Graham delivered with speed, quality and a very reasonable cost. No problem recommending his services at all!

Graham was fast and efficient in getting the hot water tank replaced. A little bit sloppy on the clean up but overall he was competitive. His specialty is really hot water heaters but he does other small stuff.
