Anytime we are working with a group within a group, it is challenging to find start and endpoints needed to coordinate the project. Having said that with proactive homeowners like yourself working with your neighbours, we got to the point where we had the clarity needed to move forward. As always once the parameters are clear and we know who is participating, We can always take it from there to get Pricing to the Group. Upon all signing off we work hard to ensure the project is professionally planned, organized and installed in a timely manner. Not always able to complete within a week of contracts signed but do Guarantee inside of 30 days from the time all relevant contracts* are signed! Glad we were able to get to the point where we could move forward on this project. When dealing with groups of neighbours (in this case I believe it was 24 homes)it is not always easy to get all on the same page. We do offer flexible options and fair terms, as well as competitive pricing and this ultimately proved successful in getting all to agree! As always pro-active neighbours are a key reason these group projects ultimately come to fruition so thank you as well for being one of those great neighbours mobilizing others. However as with all groups we: A) Provide all the Information to the group in a professional way B) Keep group updated on any new information or group members joining C) If we get all involved successfully (cannot force this) - We provide clear and systematic ways to move forward So ultimately it is the Group we take instructions from and not the other way around... Firstly we are sorry about your interpretation of the events but wanted to confirm and be fair about the facts. A.) NO Payments are processed until ALL Work is Complete --Only payment made was for work fully completed So to be fair we did not take any payment or process funds for any project not completed and certainly are sorry for the delay but fully intended to get the other project done for you although we where admittedly delayed. B.) We did not breach contract as we were fully intending to get this done and certainly again did not take any payment for any work not done. Chrissy, I personally was dealing with you but did not receive 1 call or email from you notifying me that the gate at the second property was not done, had I known I would have intervened and ensured this was done timely. Having said all that The home we did complete is the one you had paid for and the second home -- The only part not completed was the gate you did legitimately ask for but you were not charged for this RESOLUTION __________ We are absolutely ready willing and able to work with you to make this right and either Complete this or work out any resolution you feel is fair. Had I had known would have never let this go this far and hope we have a chance to resolve together.
