Thank you for working with us. We use heavy-duty equipment to ensure maximum depth and width of post holes so that we can ensure proper post setting for long term stability of the fence structure. This means some wear on grass is inevitable, however, this is mostly temporary and is preferred to hand digging or using sub-standard equipment that will not be capable of doing the job right! As always, it is the neighbours all working together that can generally take the most time in this process. Although in your group's case they where quite united from the beginning thanks to some proactive persons like your self taking the lead and sharing information with them in advance. Once all the information required is received we can always take it from there with our Specialized In House Teams working on each part of the project to ensure the most solid build possible! Concrete to reach full compressive strength does take 28 days-- However bracing them early with our Heavy Duty 2x6 Framing (5 per section) allows for a stabilization of posts holding them firmly in place and therefore building the fence within a few days to a week works as the posts are braced and not moving during construction. We do recommend a full 28 days wait period before putting any excess pressure on posts as at that point the concrete has reached full strength and posts will be very stable and strong!
