Calin, Thank you for taking the time to post your experience working with us...We really appreciate your understanding as well as I, know there was some grass damage and this is something that is not completely avoidable especially in areas where the grade is softer. To Build & Set Posts Correctly: -Heavy Duty Equipment that can -Dig the Permiter & Depth required to ensure Fences are stable long term is required. -This along with using a Professional Concrete Truck (no hand mixing), -Transporting concrete back and forth and other needed equipment -To Ensure final product a strong and stable over the long term We do what we can to minimize this but in softer grade conditions cannot completely avoid it. I would have gladly taken a 9/10 but I do know you value a solid long term job over a bit of grass damage and this is what our priority is as well as the reality of this type of construction using Heavy Duty equipment needed to do the job right! When it comes to working with large groups of Homes sharing mutual fences, the process of getting from a meeting to construction is sometimes smooth and fairly quick. Other times slow and uncertain as there are many connected neighbours and homes It was challenging in this case as it is when some in the group do not participate. As your group was ready to make decisions and accept options, knowing not all would share costs, this eventually led to getting the clarity we need to move to the next steps... It took some time and with your collaboration when we were finally able to get the specific information and clarity we need to get the contracts to you and your group. Donald, Appreciate working with you and your group of 12 Homes and neighbours... As with many Group Projects of between 10 and 50 Homes or Sub-Division Projects, It took a few months to get all on board with homes for sale and missing contacts, however when neighbours are engaged and proactive and are able to get on the same page as a connected group and community we are glad to work with groups who are ready and can give us clear instructions. We avoid door to door aggressive sales tactics but rather --> Inform send detailed information and work with communities ready to work with their neighbours and with us... Once we receive contact information for all participants, surveys and documents and once neighbours are together ready and give us the clarity we need regarding participation and agreement; we are ready to serve our customers proceed in a professional and systematic way.
