I had the pleasure of coordinating our neighbourhood fencing project in a new development in Ajax. It was not an easy feet to organize 22 homes however, Alon and the CAN DO team helped with the planning every step of the way.
Alon came out twice to have informational sessions with our neighbours and to answer any questions that we may have had. A few of the neighbours were unable to attend for one reason or another and he came out to visit with them personally to help move the project timelines along.
Our neighbours really appreciated that there were flexible payment plan options as,everyone was in different financial situations (some were not prepared to install fencing that year and others were eager for the privacy).
CAN DO provided each home with quotes (shared property lines) and contract and payment were also organized and administered through the team. This was a huge relief that we didn’t have to pool money together nor did I have to handle any funds personally.
I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past however, I was most impressed that timelines were met, Alon kept me in the loop as the project continued and when as soon as the project came to a close. I know that our neighbourhood made the right decision in terms of quality as, we survived a harsh winter with the fencing. It also looks like a 500 plus home neighbourhood feels the same way, for the last two years CAN DO has been installing fencing on multiple streets.
When we had a rain storm recently one of my gates became misaligned and broke the spring in the hinge. I messaged Alon and his team came out next day and made the adjustment. I’ve been in customer service for over 16 years and I can tell you that it was all the little things that the team did that helped gained my trust and confidence. I would refer them again and again because of there organization and client service.
