Once all information is submitted; Surveys, Start & End points confirmed as well as who is and is not sharing costs is communicated to us, we can take it from there! Thanks to you we got all that information clearly and are delivering the product ahead of schedule! You should take some pictures and add them later, this is a sub-division where unusually high fences are allowed (8ft) is not standard by any means and by-laws in most municipalities (not this one) allow for 6ft to 6ft 6 inches depending on location. Build crews have sent pictures of progress of construction and it is looking good! Giti, You are too kind, seriously... I do advocate for my customers always this is true. When we do have an issue (as we did missing the one section for you) my focus is to resolve the issue fairly and as quickly as possible. Sometimes things take longer than anticipated but I never want to let a customer down - glad we stayed in touch throughout the process and through to resolution. The group of 30 Homes and only 1 section got missed and it happened to be your home... What are the odds?! - Well it happened but now resolved and your review is really appreciated but maybe in this case I would give us a 9, but I will take the 10! Thanks again!! Jane, Thank you for posting this and bringing this issue to our attention... Although some grass / grade damage is always expected as to do a project properly you require the right machinery, mini tractor with mounted auger , concrete and general construction means cannot avoid doing some normal wear to grass and we where and are honest and up front about that. Having said that if damage is excessive and was not addressed appropriately we of course must figure out a fair resolution. In this case glad we did work it out together. These reviews help us to re calibrate where needed and ensure we do things better wherever possible. We are not perfect but when we do something that is not within normal standards and are asked to remedy, we do our best to make it right! After building over 60% of Fencing in East Gwillinbury, we have developed an excellent relationship with Town and Developers in the area and glad we could help speed along the process for Grading Certification and Deposits being returned! This did allow us to finally expedite the build process for many neighbours anxious to get their fencing in! Thanks for sticking with us on this and mobilizing your neighbours as it was critical to make this happen! Thank you for the positive feedback, reinforces we are on track! Using the right equipment to ensure adequate diameter for post holes, concrete from Company owned and operated Concrete Truck means some grass damage / construction damage is always a reality when using heavy machinery / concrete etc... However we do our best to do a thorough clean up and minimize damage as much as possible while dealing with obstacles and restrictions for access... A difficult balancing act at times.
