This was a challenging group of 33 Homes with allot of competing interests! A Group Information Meeting that does not lead to a deal at first does not mean one is not possible at a later date... As always the build is not the hard part for us with large number of experienced long term staff, all our own equipment and personnel its a matter of getting clarity from our customers and we can take it from there! Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It can be frustrating for us and the groups we are working with at times as issues among individual homes or groups may prevent us from being able to finalize deals quickly from time to time... However if all are informed and updated and kept in the loop of what the specific challenges are, we find we can work together in most cases to resolve almost any obstacle ! Not all issues are under our control however with majority support and flexibility from those working with us we will always do our best to work it out whenever it is at all feasible.
