After contacting various fence companies over the past year, the neighbours had mutually agreed to hire Can Do Fence which consisted of 25 families. What made the difference and set aside Can Do from all other companies was solely Alon Zamdvaiz, the Sales Manager. At the first initial meeting, he literally blew me away with his professionalism, expertise and knowledge. He was also not the type of salesman that was aggressively pushing for a sale, as I loathe that approach and had experienced this from another fencing company that completely turned me off from the onset. Alon is very precise and firm with his commitment and stands by his company's quality & integrity. Once all contracts were signed off and within a few days, Can Do immediately worked on the posts and within 3 weeks managed to install and completely finish all fences in our neighbourhood, versus the standard expected time frame of 30 days. I was more than satisfied and impressed! The quality of the pressure treated lumber also blew away my expectations, not the same quality I had experienced a decade ago with our previous home. I do have to note however that I had 1 issue during installation. But after speaking with Alon and the onsite crew, they managed to resolve it quickly and ensured I was satisfied. During the entire process, Alon was very accessible where he would respond back within 24 hrs by either e-mail or phone call for any questions or issues I had. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would absolutely recommend Alon & Can Do Fence for any fencing or deck project…. Canada Day here we come!

After some online research, we decided to meet with Alon Zamdvaiz in person, to obtain a quote on having our fence and deck built by Can-Do Fence & Deck. He quickly made an appointment with us, and provided a very clear and concise plan of action. We had 80 feet of fence demo'd, hauled away, and rebuilt, and our existing deck demo'd, hauled away, and built bigger. The designs that Alon provided were clear, neat, and thoroughly explained. His price was fair, and the fact that NO deposit (and the work is guaranteed for FIVE years) was need was a big bonus for us! Alon walked us through each stage of building. From the quote, to the permit designs and submission, to the build itself. He was always a constant and reliable source for communication on project progress. Our project permit was approved, and it was a mere two days later that the team was demo'ing our old fence and deck. We were quoted a time frame of 30-45 days for the entire demo and build process, and we are THRILLED that it was completed under time. Now we have the entire summer to enjoy our new, and private, deck area. The only "con" that we would mention is the difficulty we had with the Foreman (Steve). He was hard to get in touch with (often we waited days for a response), when planning the next stages of our project. For example, the materials would arrive at our house (in a bin on the road) with no notice that it was coming, and then no explanation of when building would begin. It started to feel like; if we had not been trying to reach him for an update, would we would hear from him at all? This was a VERY small aggravation, on what was otherwise a fantastic experience. The builders were professional courteous, and cleaned up after the job was done. I've not found a SINGLE nail in the lawn! The new fence and deck are beautiful and sturdy. I feel very confident in the workmanship, and with Alon's team of builders.

I contacted Alon to have our deck built in time for my bday and I also told him about our budget. Alon didn't just promise that it will be built on time but also on budget. A day before my bday we have to go to Niagara to show my parents around bec they're visiting us. We came home and what a surprise! The deck is complete and beautifully done. Matt and Mike are real professionals, they did what they said that by the eod it's going to be done. The height for the railings are just right. We still have our privacy bec Alon recommended the correct elevation. They even fixed the blocks along the pathway, which we requested. They did an Excellent job! My father was so impressed, he said that he have never seen anybody worked as fast in 2 days and yet was very well done. He even noticed that they sealed it so animals will not live underneath. Everyone in our house loved it! I love it! My friends also were admiring the deck during my bday. I recommended Can Do to them. Thank you very much, Alon, Matt & Mike!

I found Can Do Fences & Decks on Homstars, and based on the reviews I decided to give them a call. Alon Zamdvaiz (Sales Manager) came to our home to give us an estimate. We found him to be professional, organized, knowledgeable, honest and he provided an estimate at a very competitive price point (in fact you'll probably find that Can Do Fences & Decks are less expensive than most other companies, including small operations). We were impressed with the way Alon represented the company and decided to go with the deal. The other major strength of this company is their onsite staff. They have very hardworkers, focused, easy to deal with and they know their stuff. The two guys (Jean and an older gentleman) who finished-up the fence on the final day were particularly fantastic. We kept having issues with blown fuses, which meant an extra long day for them, and they couldn't have been more sweet or accommodating about their time being wasted. We really appreicate their pererverance, especially on such a hot day. A customer's confidence could wain between the time you sign the contract to the day of the build. In between this time we wanted to make some changes. We forwarded the changes through e-mails, but never really felt sure that the information was documented. Alon does an effective job of getting back to customers however, based on our experience and overall sense, this company would benefit from having someone in charge of getting back to customers more promptly. This was not a huge problem for us, but for others it could be. That being said, we ended up with a great fence that we look forward to enjoying for years to come. Our neighbours were also very impressed with their workmanship and will be calling them in the near future for their services. Despite the lack of communication discussed above I would still give them a 10 based on the fact that we've got a great fence, I would use them again for other projects and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Being in a newly built subdivision, us along with our 7 neighbours desperately needed our fencing completed for privacy. I contacted various fencing companies but CanDo Fencing came in at a very fair quote but more importantly Alon was very prompt and courteous at replying to all my questions/concerns and even came in for a meeting with all the home owners. He was replying to any questions I or the other home owners had via email, phone calls and even text message late at night/morning. It almost felt like Alon was working ONLY for our project, and that is something to be proud of as I'm sure he handles MANY projects at the same time. The trades that came in to do the work were also great! Very polite and did a great job. The fencing for all 8 houses were done in 2 days and they worked long hours. The quality of the finished product is what all of have been talking about...because we are able to see first hand the job the builder's fencing company did for the corner lots and compare it with Cando's high quality. The difference is quite clear, our fencing will definitely outlast most of the home owner's time in these beautiful homes. Overall could not be happier with the service and quality we've received from Cando Fencing and Alon!

Cando was pretty quick to start the process of getting our fence up and did a good job at that!! We have had the back of our fence put in last summer and the posts for the sides of our fence up as well. We are just awaiting for Cando to contact us to finish the job by putting up the boards for the sides. The reason why I am giving Cando a 5/10 star rating is because they only did half the job… It would be nice if they would return phone calls/emails left months ago to give us a couple of updates so we could complete our fence but they simply don't get back to you. I would have appreciated any kind of response letting us know when they are going to come rather then play a guessing game. If anyone knows another company that could complete the rest of our fence could you please let me know so I can coordinate something?

Moving to a new subdivision, our fence and coming to a general agreement were amongst our biggest concerns! Working with Alon Zamdvaiz sales manager at CAN-DO Fence and Deck made our worst nightmare quick and painless! Alon arranged meetings within the community and was fantastic to work with. Our project was completed through and through within a few weeks! I recommend this company for all your fencing needs.

We have a beautiful new fence and the process was painless!! Can Do fence distributed brochures in our neighbourhood and we contacted them. Very quickly they arranged to have a neighborhood meeting providing various fence styles and pricing. They allowed us to sign up in the current year and get that years price with the construction taking place the following year. The workers were efficient, clean and very professional. The fence was up in less than a week and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company. I had continuous contact with Alon Zamdvaiz throughout the entire process and he kept me informed at every stage of the process.

I searched for a contractor who could build me a fence at a great price. I found Can Do Fence and Deck! - Priced perfectly at $29/lf. - Solid 6" posts with 2 gates with iron windows and hardware. - 2 posts dug by hand near my new stucco wall! - Courteous, professional tradesmen who know their stuff! - GET THIS --- they sent back a crew 1 year later to complete a section of fence I had on hold so i could get a tree removed which was in the way! *** Special recognition to Alon Zamdvaiz. First off, Alon was my main point of contact and worked with me to make sure everything was priced right, the install went well and timing was right. Second.- after a tree branch damaged a post cap on my fence, Alon went out of his way to obtain and deliver to me a couple new caps from the original supplier (they changed suppliers at some point). Thank you Alon for going the extra mile to ensure a very very satisfied customer!

The fence went up efficiently, job we'll done, and looks great. Alon Zamdvaiz did a great job communicating with everyone and setting everything up. After the winter (it was a long brutal winter) there was a problem with gate that needed fixing. Although head office and foreman did not respond to my calls and I was not happy about that, Alon Zamdvaiz responded and had issue resolved.
