CanDo provide our neighbood very qualified service with great delivery time frame. I believe their professionals including sales manager, fence experts are very delicate people. The whole process runs very smoothly without any concern. I strongly recommend any customer to choose CanDo as your fence or Deck service provider without any hesitation.

People were great, finished product is wonderful, communication through the building process is somewhat lacking... We had seen Can Do Fence & Deck signs all over our neighbourhood, and as we did our research on the right combination of design and quality, we opted to go straight to Can Do. From the outset, Alon was great to work with. We booked an appointment for April 19, and Alon was innovative and helpful in creating a design that met all of our needs - keeping the bbq out of the way and level with our raised kitchen entry, giving us a large functional and private space for patio furniture as well as maximizing the remaining yard space for our kids to play. True to his word, he had initial drawings and a contract to us within 3-4 days. There was a minor mix-up with the permit drawings, but the matter was resolved quickly and we were able to submit everything for the permit with no modifications. Permit approval was received June 24. It was the process after permit approval was extremely frustrating. We sent the documents to Alon the same day we picked up the permits, and later that evening were instructed to contact either the Head Office or Steve (the Foreman/General Manager) within a few days to firm up timing. Since it was Canada Day weekend, we waited until July 2 to contact head office, and were told that we would get a call back by the end of the day with timing. By the end of the day July 3, we hadn't heard back from them, so we called again and were told that someone would be there July 4 or 5 to start. By Tuesday, July 8, we still hadn't seen or heard from anyone, so we called back to be told that they had been delayed by another job and that they would be out Wednesday or Thursday. Then nothing... until Saturday evening, when at around 6:00 in the evening, someone appeared in our back yard and started marking out the foundation. The holes were drilled on Sunday, July 13, then filled and inspected (passed) on July 15. And then, once again, nothing... Until August 1. We had tried to contact Steve to find out what was going on, but were consistently directed to a "full mailbox" that would not allow us to even leave a message. Then all of a sudden, one day we had the beginnings of a deck. Once the building process started, everything ran smoothly again, and the final product is even better than what we had expected! All in all, the deck was finished within 45 days after permit approval, which was the original commitment, however there were several broken plans followed by gaps of time where we were left in the dark. Everyone that we spoke with was very friendly and helpful, however, we felt that communication and setting expectations was a big miss. We fully understand that "things happen", but it would have made a world of difference to receive a phone call or two to manage expectations.

Like some who post on this page, I found myself volunteering time to organize the fence building for the neighbours on my street. I contacted CAN-DO and a handful of other companies over a year ago for quotes (~Aug 2013). All quotes were comparable, however CAN-DO stood out for their warranty and lot line liability to ensure correct positioning of the fence. There was not enough interest from neighbours to build in the fall, so we waited until spring 2014 to raise the item again with the neighbours. Of all the companies that were contacted, CAN-DO was the only company whose prices did not increase. The neighbours were all on board at the beginning of August (running out of summer!). Alon Zamdvaiz, Sale Manager, was very courteous and extremely patient with our questions and concerns and also (very kindly) promised to complete the job within three weeks (instead of the usual 30 day guarantee from the time of contract signing). The crew actually finished the job in less than two weeks from signing, which was a huge favour to our street. Samer Karadsheh, Sales Representative, was brought on to finalize the details and organize the installation instructions. He was very personable, paid great attention to detail regarding the line of each fence, gate clearances, and special gate design, among other items. He also showed calmness listening to neighbour concerns and helped to resolve some disagreements between neighbours. Both Alon and Samer were quick to respond to emails before, during and after contract signing. I happened to be home when the fences went up and had fun watching. The crew was friendly and clean for the most part. We are extremely pleased with the quick work as well as the quality. We are looking forward to enjoying our backyard and security. Thank you!

I reside in a townhouse row and unexpectedly found myself in charge of the fence build project for myself and neighbours. I contacted one other fence company and was not happy with their customer service at all! After comparing the differences such as customer service, quality of wood, and guarantee, my choice was Can Do. Some of my neighbours we not on board with Can Do because the other company was $2.00 less per sqft. However, they hesitantly agreed to use Can Do. Alon the Sales Manager and Samer the Sales Representative are very busy providing their product to others. In spite of their busy schedule, they always made time to answer questions, deal with concerns, and we top notch professional from beginning to end. When their builders came, we had the opportunity to watch the Can Do team in action building our fence quickly and precisely. They were tidy and cleaned up well after the job. At all times Can Do did not apply pressure, were professional, answered questions and they definitely offered value for the work completed. My fence is gorgeous! It looks strong and well built. My family is sure to enjoy it for years to come. My neighbours and myself are very happy!

We had called 5 fencing companies before we decided on CAN DO fence and Deck. We contacted Alon Zamdvaiz on e mail and within 12 hours he got back to us. After taking a few particulars he sent out his salesperson Samer to measure and discuss different fence types and pricing. At no time did we feel pressured. We were given lots of beneficial information and suggestions(something we didn't experience with other companies that offered quotes). We decided to go ahead with Can Do, and were given a definite time line as to when the job would be completed. This was important to us as we are on a corner lot and exposed to a lot of foot traffic and moderate road traffic. The quality of their work was terrific, the clean up was done immediately. The on site staff were all polite and efficient. Their equipment is top notch...really professional. We can honestly say there have been many visitors to our yard to look at our wonderful fence. I am sure Can Do will get phone enquiries in the future. Their work is their best advertisement. Thank you Can Do for making our house look great!!

We HIGHLY recommend Can Do Fencing. Alon Zamdvaiz, the sales manager, was very professional, helpful and was always available to answer any questions. My husband and I were the project organizers for 23 homes and each step of the way Alon was there to guide us. The project was completed ahead of schedule. Very happy with the quality of work and overall organization of the project. 10+++

We were trying to get the fencing done in our new houses for quite sometime. We called quite a few contractors but were not satisfied with any of them. Finally I called Can Do Fence & Deck and got in touch with Alon Zamdvaiz (Sales Manager). He was very supportive from very beginning and explained in detail the way they carry out their job. They finished the job in 2 days and cleaned up everything from the site. They also brought in their own concrete mixing truck when they installed posts. Can Do is also very reasonable in their pricing.

Cando was very professional, Alon Zamdvaiz was very pleasant to deal with. Alon was very helpful in hosting the meetings with the neighborhood and was very knowledgeable, answering everyone's question. There craftsmanship is great and they meet the promised timelines. All in all Cando will get the job done right and ontime.

We are completely happy with the amazing job that Can-Do did with our fence - everything was awesome, from the customer service (thank you, Alon Zamdvaiz, for being so thorough in answering questions and offering great suggestions!), to the materials and the speed at which the job was done (posts in on Friday and fence completed on Monday!!!). I can speak for every neighbour I have spoken to after the fences were installed that they are happy with the work and impressed with the quality of the job. I found Can Do Fences & Decks on Homstars, and based on the reviews I decided to give them a call. Alon Zamdvaiz (Sales Manager) came to our home to give the neighbours a crash course on the proper way fences should be done. We found him to be very professional, organized, knowledgeable & honest. He provided an estimate higher then other fence contractors, but due to his responsiveness with emails & answering everyone's question we came to agreement that Can-Do was the better & safer choice. We were impressed with the way Alon on the way he conducted the project from start to finishes. He has lots of patience & took the time to deal with every home individually in the neighbourhood. Job was completed way ahead of schedule & done perfectly. This should be the only company doing fences people.
