    Fence Project

    Fence

    We installed a fence for the home about 7 years ago. Can Do also did the most of the neighborhood as it was new construction. The fence quality has stood up to the test of time. I did have an issue with my gate (as it is a double door) and due to wind, eventually had issues closing. After years later and outside of warranty, Alon and Team came to fix the latch at no charge as a service. What an amazing Team!

    Ray, Thank you so much for sharing this. There are natural properties of wood that cannot be controlled and these can and do cause issues with gates and alignment. Technically the natural wood behaviour that causes this is not under warranty since it is not a workmanship issue but rather a natural property of lumber used for outdoor construction such as fencing. We use select, grade 1 lumber but that does not mean that has little to do with the properties causing this. Having said that, our 5 Year Warranty is solid and based on critical factors such as detachment or post lift (See Website for Warranty Information) At the end of the day, our Customers are important to us and to me personally. This is what whenever a Fair and Feasible request is made by a customer if we can assist, we do. I appreciate you taking the time to post your experience working with us.     Excellent Backyard Fencing Projected Conducted By The 'Can Do' Team!!!

    The 'Can Do Fence & Deck' team delivered top-notch service and a truly superb experience to my family and I; and to our happy neighbours as well! We have all been very eager to get our backyard fence done for over a year now since our home was initially built. And with the help of Alon and Samer, we were graciously able to get our backyard fence done within the promised time-frame. We completely understand that the fence-erecting process is very difficult to cope with, and frustrating as well due to having to coordinate between all of the neighbours with hopes that everyone will be agreeable to splitting the costs accordingly. But I must say that I am utmost impressed with the efficiency provided by the 'Can Do' team to ensure that it was a successful turnout - in which case it surely was! Literally from beginning to end, the 'Can Do' team did an excellent job at communicating with the neighbours and keeping everyone posted on the progress of the work-scope. Without the slightest doubt, my family and I highly recommend the 'Can Do Fence & Deck' team as they undoubtedly have what it takes to not only get the job done, but also provide high-quality and timely service when consumers need it most.     Amazing Company and Service

    Had a wonderful experience with this company, and would highly recommend them! Approx. 31 of us hired Can Do Fence & Deck to do our fencing back in 2016. It was such a pleasure dealing with the crew from start to finish; very professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. The fencing went up in a blink of an eye, just one day and they looked amazing! 2020, four years later, I let Alon know that one of the corners of my fence had become detached and he reassured me that he would send his crew out to fix it asap, at no cost to me because they were still under their 5 yr Warranty! Fantastic! True to his word, they came last weekend and fixed the fence, and went above and beyond to check the integrity of all the fences on my row and opposite. 5 Stars from me for Trustworthiness, Professionalism & Integrity; Excellent Customer Service, Product, Price and my peace-of-mind ….Thank you Can Do!

    Grateful for the feedback and glad we could resolve your Warranty Claim satisfactorily. We always do what we can when our customers have issues when fair and feasible. As I always mention during meetings and is industry standard, natural wood behaviour does include, splitting, warping, twisting and warping and is not a workmanship issue but an unfortunate natural property of lumber particularly lumber used outdoors. Although this is not under warranty due to the nature of wood and would be excluded from any provider including HOME DEPOT Installs and other big box stores...We always do what we can when our customers have issues when fair and feasible. When a post twists it can cause a section to detach (although the post twisting is not under warranty as it is natural wood behaviour) the side effect of the detachment is of course something we shore up for our customers.     Well built fence AND honoured warranty

    7 foot fences were installed by CanDo for my home and my subdivision. Fence was built after 2 very long days and was built well. My double door (due to high winds) were twisting/flexing and as such gave me grief. Despite COVID-19, Alon sent out his team to do whatever was necessary to remedy the issue, and kept me informed every step of the way. It's one thing to have a well built fence and then paying the vendor, but another to have the vendor repair/resolve any concerns after payment is made. A++++

    Vincent, Appreciate you posting a summary of your experience working with us. As natural wood behaviour and properties include, shrinking, warping, splitting, twisting etc... This is something that occurs and can cause issues not due to an installation or quality issue but simply due to natural wood behaviour and properties which are largely out of any installer's control.     Fencing in my backyard and subdivision

    Incredibly professional team and so clean when on premise working. They build a strong fence for my neighbours and I. They made the process with the neighbors so simple and easy. Their price is competitive and their final product is above the rest. The best and only choice in the GTA for your fencing needs! Highly recommend them!

    Fence project

    Can Do built a fence for us back in 2015, Today five years later the fence is in great shape, the quality of work was amazing and the whole process was very convenient. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

    ~10 Home Fence Project

    It was an absolute pleasure working with Alon and Samer for our neighborhood fence project. They had excellent communication, professionalism, build and material quality. They stood by their process and it shows why so many people request their services. Our project was finished within a couple of days and the installers did not need any micromanaging. They started bright and early and by the time I came home from work they were finished. I didn't have to deal with any clean up or issues which was a great relief! Would recommend 100% to anyone looking for great quality and excellent customer service.

    Couldn't Be Happier!

    As the organizer for my fencing project the experience with some neighbours was so stressful that I started losing hair! If it weren't for the patience and impeccable customer service of Can Do I suspect I'd still be sitting here with no fence. I chose Can Do after doing extensive research and receiving quotes from almost 10 companies. I advocated to use Can Do because of their reputation and quality of their workmanship. These guys were amazing! From the initial sales contact with Alon to the follow-up representative Samer, every conversation was a relief. They were informative, cooperative, always available, flexible and just a pleasure to deal with. I wanted a company that didn't need to be micromanaged and could be trusted to deliver a high quality fence that would stand the test of time. We had other contractors come in at a lower price but for me quality and trust was paramount. Can Do did not fail us. They communicated with us every step of the way to help manage our expectations and they were fast! We had approximately 10 homes in our project and once the posts were set the installers showed up at 7:30am and were done everything by 5pm. The fence is beautiful. Finally we can enjoy our backyard space. I would highly recommend Can Do for your fencing project!
