I have an old house (built in 1925) with a gabled front bedroom that overhangs our front porch. You could feel the draft coming into the front bedroom - especially on those chilly nights in the middle of winter. Trent spray-foamed the roof area of the front porch and installed a beautiful cedar wood ceiling to maintain the original character. I've attached a pic of his finished work. He is meticulous, fussy, and a perfectionist - all good qualities for exceptional workmanship. I strongly recommend Trent to anyone looking for excellent, honest workmanship at a very fair price.

We purchased a 100 year old Victorian Style House 3 years ago that required a lot of work. Trent was recommended by a friend. His services included dry walling our ceilings and re-levelling a door frame that had shifted. As well he installed support beams in the basement to prevent any further shifting of the house. One year later we had Trent paint the exterior of our house. Trent was not only professional, fair priced but his personality is great. He walked us through the entire process and explained things in easy terms. His work was flawless. He was on time and completed the services as per agreed. He is very easy going and very friendly. We would recommend Trent to our friends, family and anyone else requiring a great contractor.

I am an architect who recently purchased an old home. The scope of work included drywall and flooring. New drywall was installed in multiple rooms. The work was very well done, especially considering that it was installed on top of old wood studs. The original oak floor was refinished and looks great. The quality of work in combination with the price was very competitive. Trent's greatest strength is that he communicates well with his clients. He gave me daily updates such that I always knew what was happening. I have recommended Trent to my colleagues and none have been disappointed.

Trent completed a bathroom and kitchen renovation for us in July 2007. He is honest, reliable, personable and an all-round excellent guy to deal with. I've uploaded a pic of our kitchen (a bit messy as we were cooking dinner) - but you can see a taste of his work. He is Mr. Handy and can do just about anything - from building to finishing. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him for other renovations and repairs.
