Our preexisting porch from 1912 was replaced. Also included a storage area for our refuse bins accessible from the porch. Extremely happy with the price, workmanship, daily clean up, very courteous manner and punctuality. We highly recommend Trent.

After seeing Trent's work we decided to hire him to build our backyard laneway house/garage. He is a straight shooter and earnest builder who has great trades and ensures quality workmanship. We are very happy with our new garage.

We needed a cement slab formed and poured in our basement that has uneven floors. Trent came in, assessed what was needed and took care of this. Cleaned up after the job and we are happy. We will use Trent for any projects moving forward.

We recently finished a very extensive reno to our main and upper floors. We met with several contractors to explain what we were were looking to achieve. We immediately could tell from talking to him that Trent Schwieg from Trentco Construction was the real deal and are so happy with the work he did for us. From the get-go, Trent was a great communicator and took time to understand what we were looking to do. Trent completed a beautiful bathroom reno and remodel. He turned our old bathroom into a solid, beautiful, spa-retreat! Our reno included working with separate contractors for other projects and Trent managed the timing of everything and order that pieces of work took place and took the stress out of the process for us. We had drill and fill insulation installed by another company as we did not want to gut our main and upper floors. Following that, Trent masterfully smoothed out our walls. Trent also installed hardwood flooring, a new railing and pickets, capped our stairs and tiled our entryway. Finally, because we decided we could not have such a beautiful interior without giving the exterior some attention, Trent stained our front and back decks and painted the front brick. Trent is very detail oriented and would inform of us things to consider that we as non-contractors would not have considered! We could tell he always had our best interests in mind. Trent did such an incredible job and I recommend him fully!

Hi, Trent and his team did a bedroom renovation for us last year and we were very happy with the results. The quality is amazing, especially the drywall work, and Trent had to get creative a number of times with great results. He's also reliable and is a good communicator, you always know where you're at, and he will return your phone calls. We would work with him again for sure! Thanks again Trent.

When we had our roof redone, we got a skylight installed. To our surprise, the roofer only did exterior work and we had to find someone else to frame the interior of the skylight. We’ve hired Trent in the past and now he’s our go-to guy. He came, gave a reasonable quote even though we both knew I wasn’t going to shop around. Our house is from the 1800s and the ceiling is lathe and plaster and cracking. So we had him install drywall in the hallway ceiling (where the skylight was installed) as part of the job. Trent did a great job making right angles out of the wonkiness.

Trent and his team were amazing. They are professionals who provide high quality work. We had our floors replaced, popcorn ceiling removed and paint refresh. I really wanted an accent wall in the bedroom and Trent delivered. It looks amazing. The communication was amazing and would highly recommend.
