The owner was knowledgeable and super nice. There were unexpected things that happened during installation but all being fixed in a timely matter. Totally satisfy with the end product.

Engaged this company after looking through many in Toronto. I believe the price and quality were all comparatively superior than the others I've looked at. Deal with Aaron who is very responsive and engaging. He assisted in every way possible and the collaboration was very professional and smooth. Pro: Responsive staff, high quality production, good pricing, professional workshop and staff. Con: it would have been better if they were able to build 3D rendering prior to construction. Difficult to imagine my kitchen just from the measurements. But I guess this builds to the cost.

Royal Classic Kitchen has average price. It has good quality, good scheduling / service. And very good installation.

Great material and great service, this is the best cabinet and will recommend to other people!

The product is nice but the customer service and follow up is the worst of any company ever. They will not correct any mistakes and after they take your money they are too busy to talk to you again.

Royal Classic Kitchen price is reasonable, the service and quality acceptable for its price. It is a very efficiently run company. The only hick up for us is the scheduling. Otherwise, the cabinet/installation is quite good. We have some chips and slight scratches on the cabinet but was fixed upon request. The installers worked on a Sat from 10 to 7 to finish the job. Can't complain much.

Roger, Jack & their team @ RC Kitchens were great. Reliable, accommodating, and on time. Did not rush us at all. Spent time with us every time we came to their showroom. Lots of modifications.

I contracted Royal Classic Kitchens to design and install a new kitchen. Throughout the design phase Sam was very helpful providing his expert opinion on a variety of issues including pot light location, position of wall outlets and switches and of course specifics on cabinets and drawers. Sam was very thorough throughout the planning and design stage. The installation was completed on time and in good shape there were a couple of minor issues which Sam rectified very quickly. All in all very satisfied and would recommend RCK.

I used them to redo my entire large kitchen and they were very patient with me. We tried several times to choose the right colour (they sent six or more special samples before we got it right) and they were never upset and welcomed me any time into their showroom. My big kitchen also has an island in it so I chose marble and they helped me with that as well. Now when my relatives come to visit they compliment me on my kitchen. I would give them a 9 and a half out of 10.

Royal Classic Kitchens designed and renovated our kitchen for us. They did whatever they had to do in terms of making recommendations we were very happy with the outcome. The service was excellent and the job was extremely well done. The prices were also reasonable not like a lot of other companies who gave us really big numbers. Their numbers were reality and what was quoted was what we paid. We’ve had them back for minor changes and we've been really happy with them.
