    Garage Roof

    We are very pleased with the workmanship and the customer service we received from Done Right. Would highly recommend to any one. The time from estimate to completion was less than an a few weeks.

    Roof Replacement

    Although Done Right was not the cheapest, the work from start to finish was done well. Chase was helpful in choosing the shingles, was the only contractor that identified the deficiencies of the previous roofers and made sure all aspects were properly completed. The office clearly communicated time lines and arranged for the bin to be delivered the morning the job started and had it removed as soon as the job was done. The site was cleaned up well, have only found 2 nails!. I would use Done Right again without hesitation.

    Shake to shingle reroof

    I had a couple of estimates and went ahead with Done Right Roofing mainly based on the rating with HomeStars. Chase was very informative during the initial estimate and Amanda was pleasant to work with over the phone. I did have some technical questions that Darcy was very helpful with answering. The installation crew seemed to do a pretty good job of ensuring that the debris made it into the bin with very little leftovers on the ground that I cleaned up myself. They used tarps placed on the ground to collect the debris when they were working away from the bin at the front of the house. As a team, they'd then drag the tarps to the driveway and unload them into the bin. I thought that was pretty ingenious. The only downfall of the entire process was that a message was left on my phone to say that the job was done. I wanted to see things for myself, but I couldn't go up on the roof as it was too dangerous being that it was quite frosty. From having a look by climbing my ladder, I noticed that the gutters were still full with debris. I could understand why they weren't cleaned as the debris was frozen in the gutter making it impossible to remove it, but to call me to say that the job was completed was a mistake. A few days later, when the weather was warmer, I was told that the gutters were cleaned. At that time, I was able to get up on the roof and I noticed that only the gutters on the lower level (around the garage) were cleaned, so I cleaned the rest of them myself with the aid of my shop vac. For the most part, the job was "done right", the roof looks great and I'd recommend DRR to people looking for a roofing company with quality workmanship.

    new roof on house

    Their estimate of the three we received was not the lowest but gave the best value for the type of roof we wanted, The guys came on time and did their job professionally and with out fan fair, and they did a stellar clean up, not one nail could we find in the flower beds or gutter. Great Job.

    New roof

    I had a terrific experience with Done Right Roofing after getting 4 quotes. At our scheduled appointment, kudos to Darcy for being a very patient fellow since I grilled him for 90 minutes. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The crew that showed up to do the work was led my Antoine. They were polite and courteous and on time. They worked steadily and efficiently. I was there for the first half day and even went up on the roof to have a look. Antoine answered my questions and explained what was being done. Job took a day and a half. Cleanup was solid. Communication during the process and follow-up was appreciated. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Excellent job!

    roofing

    We were right in picking this company. They were prompt and efficient in their work. We really liked the way they would call and let you know what is happening and when they would be there. Our house was steep and lots of corners. They did an excellent job and clean up. We highly recommend this company.

    roof

    Great work and customer service and very informative which helped us make a decision. They also followed up which was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend them to any one looking have their roof done.

    Reroofing

    We spoke to several contractors. Done Right's price was comparable or more favourable than competitors without any high pressure sales tactics. The job was done promptly and the clean up after was thorough. Follow up contact was appreciated.

    New Shingles

    Had a great experience with Done Right Roofing. From the quote, to the installation all went exceptionally well. I received 5 different quotes and Done Right Roofing quote was easily the best and that was before they threw in a few upgrades. As a comparison I was quoted over $2,000 higher by Home Depot and 2 other roofing companies! I did a bit of roofing in my younger days and I can tell you that the crew that came out was very experienced and way more efficient than I ever was. Cleanup was good, crew was polite and my new roof looks excellent. I would gladly recommend this company to friends, family and anyone reading this post. Thank...Dave

    Roof reshingling

    They came to my house and walked me through the options, recommended options that are good for Calgary weather, told me what options they have that are meant for other climates. Didn't feel like they were trying to up-sell me. Price was reasonable. Appointment was booked quickly. They did the work while I was out of town, I came back and it was all done and cleaned up. Have had the new roof for ~3months with no issues. I really have no complaints.
