    New Roof and Eaves

    We have used this company twice and have had excellent service from start to finish. Very professional. Mike who did our eaves was exceptional. He was very meticulous and took pride in his workmanship. Manie and his team were very efficient and quick on removing and installing new shingles. Angela in the office always followed through to make sure we were kept informed with the changing weather and work progress. Highly recommend this company.

    Roofing Inspection - Hail Damage Before Posession

    The whole team at Done Right Roofing helped me navigate a very complicated situation regarding hail damage. I needed an inspection on short noticed and they were went out of their way to fit me in not once but twice! I felt like they had my back throughout the whole process. Chris built a detailed quote for me to negotiate the cost of the damage to the home I was purchasing. Without all his and his teams work I wouldn't have been able to close the deal on my new home. I would 100% recommend Done Right Roofing to a friend or colleague and will be calling them back if I need more work done in the future.

    Honest Company

    Chris and Colton came out to provide a quote for hail damage on my roof. I had called a few companies and they were the only ones to come out within a day of contacting them. Not only did they not charge for the inspection like some companies do, they gave me their honest opinion advising the damage was not serious enough to warrant having the work done and to file a claim would not be worth it. Chris even did a test patch and only found a few dents that did not penetrate the full thickness of the shingles and that the substrate under them was good. The sand that has been washed off was about average for the year. Its a relief to have an honest upfront contractor who doesnt just tell you what you want to hear so they can do a job. Thanks Done Right you guys are upstanding! .

    Roof

    I am very excited about my new roof,I never had vents before ,so my attic was very hot , hopefully my roof last longer than before,the crew that did my roof were very respectful and responsible,which I was impressed by there work.Daniel the inspector that came did some extra work on my fascia and I'm grateful for that..I'm looking forward to have my roof last a long time.thx

    Skylight Replacement

    Chris and his team replaced a 30 year old skylight with a new more energy efficient design. Project was completed on time and as quoted. Thanks DRR.

    Skylights and Roof replacement - follow up.

    I used Done Right to replace my skylights several years ago then had them back a couple of years ago to do the roof and replace my roof vents. Brilliant service and top quality work both times and would not hesitate to recommend them. Sometimes thought it is not just how good the initial service is but how good the follow up is. During the winter following the roof installation we experienced some attic rain during the spring thaw due to changes in the roof venting. I contacted Done RIght and they were excellent to deal with. They didn't just abandon me but worked very hard to resolve the problem so that now I can report after a full year after that the problem is completely resolved. Lots of companies out there to choose from but will all of them stand behind their work after they have been paid! I HIGHLY recommend Done Right Roofing.

    Roof Replacement

    BIG thank you to the team at Done Right for the wonderful job on our roof. Not only did they do beautiful work, but they went above and beyond to reschedule us very quickly when their roofer was unwell. Daniel is a delight to work with and very kind and communicative. Manny & team made short work of our job and even made the extra effort to get it all done in one day, knowing that we have a baby at home. They were highly professional and kept a tidy work area. Daniel at Done Right took a huge weight off our shoulders by getting this done with minimal inconvenience before the winter season arrived. Thank you very much for your kindness!

    New roof, gutters, fascia, downspouts and siding repair

    Done Right did our roof 9 years ago and we contacted them to handle our hail damage. They were great to work with.

    Garage Roof/vent options

    Daniel showed up to look at our garage roof. He was very thorough, informative and professional. He provided suggestions and options to consider as well as a referral(for another issue) that I appreciated. I was very impressed with his site visit and trust his opinions. Angela and Chris were also great as far as setting up the appointment though quick response emails and phone calls. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!

    Vent Replacement and Install of Downspout

    We had a leak from the exhaust fan in our upstairs bathroom. We contacted Done Right Roofing Ltd to source the problem for us. It turned out that it was a rusted vent for the exhaust. We were provided with a quote to replace the vent and to add a downspout. Thoroughly satisfied with the quote we proceeded with the work. Daniel and Angela were terrific at keeping us updated along the way. The job was completed by Daniel with the upmost attention to detail. We will continue to utilize Done Rights services for our future needs.
