Replacement of 6 windows
The installation was done on time and in an efficient manner. The quality of workmanship was of high standards and upon completion of the work the house was clean. We would recommend Ecoline Windows.

New windows
Very satisfied with the installation and the quality of the windows. Not at all satisfied with communication and timelines.Signed contract and gave deposit for installation in early October, they came late Oct. crew was great windows were good except main picture window was damaged. Estimated time to get window sent back and repaired at factory was two weeks. At 4 weeks started calling them, finally at 6 weeks got a date for installation, told them I would postpone Christmas vacation and to make sure all was ready. was told the only thing that would delay this was the weather. 9am rolls around, no crew, phone call at 9:30, the wrong part was sent can't install window till January. So what happened to sending the window back to factory? Have I been fed a line. Now waiting for supervisor to phone me back. Final window installed Jan 24

The majority of our orders are placed, delivered and installed without any trouble, some unfortunately are unlucky. In terms of the initial installation date - the date that we give is always approximate but our goal is to always be on time. We apologize for any miscommunication in regards to the damaged window, it takes around 4 weeks for the service process. The order was placed as soon as the damage was discovered and a replacement was sent out as soon possible. To ensure safe transportation all windows are well sealed. This prevents us from detecting any damage until the day of the appointment. True to our goal we did not give up on your order and did not compromise our integrity. We hope that the windows we installed were worth the wait! Please remember that you have a warranty on product and labour, so if you have any concerns all you have to do is contact us and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue.

Replacement of 6 windows
We are very satisfied with the product and the service. The installers were on time, clean, installed with care, they took their time and were not in a rush. I was very impressed. I would recommend Ecoline Windows to friends and family.

Replacement of 7 Basement Windows and custom jamb extentions
Professional service provided enough information for me to make an informed decision without overwhelming me. Ecoline followed up on the work being done which was appreciated. The installers were punctual, put in the required time to complete the job without rushing and cutting corners. The workmanship was topnotch. I had an issue with the work to be done and all I needed to do was call the sales rep and I had no problems with resolving it.

Replaced large bay window
I had a large bay window replaced in early Nov by Ecoline Windows. About a $4500 project. The installers did a great job from start to finish. The old bay window was removed and all rotten framing replaced and rebuilt. The new window was installed the next day. New siding, trim, flashing, sofits, had to be installed around the new window. This was done perfectly. Installation quality and attention to detail was remarkable. The whole project took just under two days as expected. All garbage was removed and house left clean. Their office also followed up with me a day or so later to see if everything was good with the installation. Overall i am very satisfied and will be replacing other windows with this contractor in the future. (I have another bay window rotting away.) Would recommended these guys to others without any hesitation!

Installation of 2 windows.
We are very happy with the product supplied by EcoLine Windows. All our windows were replaced in one day. Windows are very attractive and keep the home warmer. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Installation of 8 windows
The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and honest; and helped me with options and ideas. The windows were delivered within contract time. I was so impressed with how clean the house was when they finished. They followed up after the install and made sure I was satisfied.

Window Replacements
Ecoline came in to replace 5 windows in our home. They did a great job on the installation. The installers were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. On install alone, I would rate them a 9 or 10. It was the cleanup that was my concern. It was a mess. There were nails left on my son's bedroom floor where he plays. So much dust and chips in the carpet. Dust on the furniture. Pieces of insulation, wood pieces, and nails in our yard (where my son also plays). We spent a lot of time vaccuuming and dusting and picking up remains after they left. I recommend that Ecoline spends more time prepping the job site - put down more drop cloths. Or at least tell customers to cover all their furniture (and floors?) and turn off their furnace fan because the dust will get everywhere.

Window Replacement
The project was handled well from the beginning to end.The windows came in exactly like ordered. The windows were high quality and work well. The installers were professional and knew what they were doing.
