We hired Ecoline windows to replace all windows in our home. The process was wonderful starting with the sales person. We hit one snag with the installation date but after I called them back about pushing the date out due to other trades coming, they sent 2 crews to finish our job on the date promised. The installation crews were very professional and efficient. We LOVE our new windows and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement windows. Worth every penny.

We have had three different companies replace windows in the past. Ecoline is the only one I will recommend. Fast, clean, courteous job. Follow up inspections and support. Best of all, great looking windows that don't ice up in the winter!

I had five windows replaced in my house and I'm very happy with the final results. The crew was very polite arrived on time and worked steady through the day, removed all the old windows, debris and vacuumed up all the dust around the windows and floor. Good quality service and product.

Professional service provided enough information for me to make an informed decision without overwhelming me. Ecoline followed up on the work being done which was appreciated. The installers were punctual, put in the required time to complete the job without rushing and cutting corners. The workmanship was topnotch.

After getting in-home quotes from three companies, we went with EcoLine largely because they have their own staff do the installations and their warranty was a little better than others. Pricing was fraction more but very competitive. Very impressed with professionalism/quality/service throughout. Salesman brought samples to our house - no showroom. Product was quality (5 vinyl, casement, triple pane, various sizes). Detailed measurements taken a few evenings later (by guy who installed). Phone call a few weeks later to let us know manufacturing was going well and original estimated install dates were still valid. Installation happened on schedule. I watched their staff remove old windows and install new ones. They shimmed and insulated very well. My own check found everything level and windows functioned as expected. No air leaks. Just as workmen were leaving, EcoLine inspector showed up and did his inspection. All debris cleared. The next day I got a phone call asking if I would rate my level of satisfaction. Very professional and organized! To top it off, the installers helped me lift a hot tub through one of the window holes before they put the new window in. Wonderful service! We will be using them for remaining windows.

The overall experience was positive. From the initial consultation with Roman to the completion. We got a professional installers who showed respect to our home and made sure the windows were installed properly. Good customer service and product.

The installation was done on time and in an efficient manner. The quality of workmanship was of high standards and upon completion of the work the house was clean. We would recommend Ecoline Windows.

We had Ecoline provided us with an estimate to replace all 19 windows in our house. Our front window had a stained glass overlay on it. The Stained glass overlay is very important to us. We designed it and had it custom made We asked the Ecoline estimator if Ecoline will re-install the overlay once the new window was in place. The answer was "no problem, we do this all the time". New window was made smaller than the original window size by 0.5 inches. Overlay will not fit on the new window. We signed the contract based on estimator's words that overlay will be re-installed, it was valuable to us. Estimator now denies saying "no problem". He now says it was not written in contract. Case is now in court. Unbelieveable...Ecoline will not honour what they agreed to do. A long discussion in person and on the phone with whom I was led to believe was the most senior person in Ecoline. Luckily I held back $3700 pending resolution to this issue. I have all intentions of paying the balance owing to ecoline. However, they will either need to make a new window or replace my stain glass overlay with a new smaller one that will fit on the window and install it over the new front window. The low rating I gave to Ecoline is due to Ecoline not backing up what they said they would do. The produce seems good. Lesson learned is ...get every detail down on paper and save problems later.

The product consultant was professional and went through the entire house to explain features/benefits and give us the best product for our home. The installation crew was took a good care of our house, and cleaned up after the work was complete.
