    Installation of Residential Ecoline Windows

    I had five fifty year old windows removed from my residence and had them replaced with five new Ecoline triple pane energy efficient windows with PVC casings during the month of January, 2023. The work was accomplished in one day and was professionally done in an exact and efficient manner. Very happy with the results.

    Poor Customer Service

    I made a deposit for my door to be installed on August 2022, I got installation for November/December based on the time the getting closer I asked customer service what is the status of the door. I would give a very generic answer " The door is in production" every time I called that is the answer. One day I asked the customer service person if they provide a more informed response because I was leaving the country and would like to know if the door would be installed before my departure. Customer service sigh in annoyance with my question, He said they have a lot of customers and they don't have time to call me every 5 minutes to give me the status. First of all, he is rude! you don't speak to a customer in that manner and I am within my right to ask for more information so I can make my necessary plans. Now fast forward to 2023, my door was ready to be installed and NO ONE calls me to schedule installation as they said they would. I had to call them to set up a scheduling time, then fast forward to my installation date and time scheduled for Feb 10, 12 pm-2 pm, it is now 1:30 pm and I am asking if they will make it for 2 pm because I have pickup so I need this information right? I was told the installers will be there before 2 pm, but now at 2 pm no installers! no call to say they are running behind schedule! So I called and I was told they would be 45 minutes late so I informed customer service " I think it would be nice to inform the customer about these delays," Customer service person said they cannot call people every 5 minutes about delays and they are busy, Again! rude it's common courtesy and good customer service to do that! Customer service hangs up on me like I was bothering him. I will never recommend this company to anyone, my neighbors are eager to see my entry door to make a purchase, and guess what I will tell him to not use you guys, customer service is horrible! and communication is horrible! not making customers feel relaxed and you have our best interest is horrible. I just want my doors to be installed so I can be done with this company never again.

    Awesome window replacement

    Had Ecoline replace the majority of our windows in our house, price was pretty competitive but offered more value. Staff were friendly and when we weren't happy with one minor issue they came and fixed it promptly. Ordered thru Ecoline for the remaining windows in our home!

    Window Replacement

    Ecoline has completely replaced all of the windows in my home over the last few years (my choice to do them in 2 steps). Every step was explained, options were explored and discussed thoroughly, and the workmanship second to none. My house is airtight and cozy this winter! I would recommend Ecoline Windows and Doors for anyone considering replacing their windows.

    Window Installation

    We did much research prior to selecting Ecoline to install windows in our home. Although their prices were a little higher than other installers, we concluded that the quality of the windows (higher insulation rating) and service (warranty and reputation) justified the higher price. Nor were we disappointed with the result. Service was efficient (one-day installation and repairs to small problems [broken screen]) and considerate (replacement of wall attachments that had to be moved) and the windows have reduced considerably heat loss in our home. We recommend Ecoline for window installation.

    New windows and doors

    Very happy with our new windows and doors. The team was very professional, from Ian who came to our home to give us a quote all the way to the team who installed. The windows and doors are beautiful and our house is much warmer. Highly recommend this company.

    Mistake after mistake

    Ecoline windows did not communicate with us about delays. And there were sizeable delays with our window and patio door. Both were supposed to be installed on the same day, but the team messed up and one part for our patio door was missing. This cause more delay and no communication for a second installation day. Then, on the eventual installation day for our patio door, the new door did not slide open on the proper side, causing a lot of inconvenience in our home (photo included). Ecoline refuses to compensate us for any of this. Our only good review is the professionalism of the installation team, otherwise Ecoline gets zero stars from us. Do not recommend and buyer beware.

    Window Installation

    Despite the constraints of supply chain issues, Ecoline managed to get the window installed near the stated time. They were extremely patient with multiple queries and the installation team was very professional and also did a great clean up. We look forward to getting our room set-up. We will definitely use Ecoline Windows for future installs.

    Front room window.

    Ecoline was was able to finish installing our new window in quick time. They came to our house for both consultation and installation which made our lives a lot easier. I would recommend eco line to friends and family.
