    Very Satisfied

    Very happy with my new windows. They look good both inside and out. Sergey was my sales representative, very knowledgeable on the product and available grants. The installers were professional and very efficient. The office staff have always been pleasant and efficient as well. My neighbour told us about his Ecoline windows and they sent him $100.00. I would definitely recommend Ecoline windows for the pricing, communication and efficiency.

    Window Replacement

    Excellent value and quality. We're super happy with the install process as well as with the products. The crew came in and did the whole house, replacing twelve windows, in just one day: including a large picture window. Fantastic. We chose Eco Line because of their well seen presence. We see their vehicles all over the place frequently. I don't think one can go wrong choosing Eco Line.

    Stop searching; this is the company you want to use.

    This company is awesome and your best choice if you are doing this job. They have great quality and fair pricing but most importantly they will walk you through the whole process if you are eligible for any rebates. They were friendly, helpful and informative with none of the pushiness you often see. Highly recommended. Look no further.

    Damage during installation poorly fixes and left glass all over property

    The installers damaged the stucco around one window and promised to repair it, and it was very poorly done. Then the online inspection that is supposed to be completed at the end of the installation while installers are still on site in order to activate the warranty had errors and wouldn't load, they refused to assist me in any way saying it was not their responsibility since they wanted to leave and for me to deal with it tomorrow. I called the office which said to let them leave and someone would contact me the next day. So they left and the i realized that they had leave significant amounts of glass all over the driveway (pieces up to 6" long), the back deck (embedded into cracks etc) and scattered all over the gravel between the driveway, deck and likely in the surrounding grass. I called the office and since they couldn't get a hold of the installers, they wouldn't be able to do anything about it until another day and had no way of guaranteeing that all glass our be removed from all areas. These are high traffic areas where adults, children and pets are often playing and running around barefoot. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

    Two new windows

    We had two windows installed in January to replace some very worn out ones in our home. We were able to get the free upgrade to triple glaze and qualify for the Canada Greener Homes rebate. So far they have performed well and lived up to expectations. The install team was great and walked us through everything. Happy to have them in our home.

    Window Installation

    I recently had two windows replaced by Ecoline Windows. Alex, who provided the initial quote, was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding which windows were best for our room. The quotes were received fast and were well detailed. The ordering and installation process was similarly fast. We are very happy with the windows; they are both much clearer and have resolved our draft problem.

    window installation

    Great company..kept in constant contact on updates..pricing great..professional workers and polite..would recommend any time and Ecololine Windows were recommended to me

    Positive window replacement

    I had my windows replaced a year ago by ecoline. The process was seamless from estimation through installation. I was informed if every step along the way, including how to apply for greener home grant. I am thrilled with how they look. We are warmer. They're easier to clean too! 3

    Updated: Multiple installation errors, cracked window, no replacement

    Update: Ecoline has offered to replace our window since posting this review. Review will be updated once service is complete (06/03/23) (23/02/23)Unfortunately, we have had a lot of trouble with one of the windows that Ecoline installed. different service technicians came back four times to reinstall the window due to their own errors (installing it unevenly, absent seal, upside down installation, etc). Each time they came back, they caused a new issue. Our window is now cracked and Ecoline refuses to replace it. Had this window been professionally and accurately installed from day one, we would just assume that this crack was bad luck and wouldn't have a problem paying for a replacement. We're really disappointed in this whole experience, wish that they would stand by their product and installation service. Just a warning for any of you considering their services. Pictures included are all from separate dates - uneven installation, lack of seal resulting in a leak and our current issue of cracked glass.

    Ecoline Window/Door Replacement

    Ecoline provided excellent service and we have been gradually replacing our windows and doors by choosing Ecoline. The quality and service is very consistent and they are truly deliver value to customer.
