    Windows and door installatiin

    We purchased a home and are renovating it from top to bottom. The old windows and doors were barely good enough to keep out the rain. I contacted Ecoline and I had a very good experience from beginning to end. Carlos, our sales representative was amazing and was wonderful at helping me out whenever I had a question or needed help. He arranged for my Greener Homes inspection, and made everything very simple. Our windows are wonderful and the house already seems more cozy. The installers were incredible and worked very hard and did a terrific job. They were very thorough and explained all the features of my windows after installation. They were respectful and cleaned up while they worked. I would happily recommend Ecoline.

    Excellent price, on schedule, solid installation

    I had a very tight budget and a lot of old and drafty windows I needed to replace. Ecoline offered the best price and windows were made and installed as promised and on schedule. I am still renovating, so had expected already to do some of the finishing work, which you will see in the photos. I am very happy with the quality of the windows, and the installation was swift and professional, done in just a day.

    Window Instal

    Ecoline replaced a number of windows in my 100+ year old home and they look AMAZING. The communication and customer service was top notch. The communication was steadfast and clear leading up to the installation, as well they followed up after the install to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. The install went very well, they were very pro. It went so well we had them replace windows in a second property, again a great experience. I haven't experienced customer service like this for a very long time, if ever. We feel very taken care of.

    New windows

    We ended up going with Ecoline for our new windows due to their great price and customer service. The windows look great, and the installers did a great job installing them and making sure our home was cleaned up after the install. We had original slider winders and now these new ones look a amazing!

    Replacement of Residential Windows by Ecoline

    We recently had seven residential windows replaced by Ecoline Windows of Regina. A 6 man crew presented at about 9:30AM and completed the install by 3:30PM. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old windows and install the new, vastly more energy efficient, Ecoline casement windows and casings. We are delighted with the result. A huge upgrade by any metric. Their consultations and follow up were also first rate. No surprises!

    Patio doors

    Very satisfied with the staff, customer service, quality. I woyld recommend this company. I have hired them for my windows a few years ago and now recently got my patio doors replaced.

    Very good job. Professional and courteous installers. Went above and beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend this company.

    Window supply and installation

    We had two windows remaining in our house to replace. The previous ones were manufactured by Durabuilt. We had the seals fail on 3 of those windows to this point. They have replaced them on warranty but we had to pay the labor which is around $300 each time and as well it appears more of the windows will need to be replaced due to seal failures. That being the case I decided to look into other window suppliers. I checked Ecoline Windows and their pricing was very competitive for what I see is a superior product. The advantages over Durabuilt is would we be covered for labor, longer warranty and energy star rated. The windows look to be very well constructed. They have very good customer service. They called me at every step during production with a follow call to find out if I was satisfied with the product after installation. The guys who installed the windows were efficient and did a great job. As part process I needed to fill out a post installation survey to ensure that I was satisfied with that part and also ensured they reviewed the features and operation of the windows. The only reason I did not give the five stars is the fact I need to see how they perform long term
