    Window upgrades

    This was the third phase of upgrading our windows. Each crew was professional and skilled. They called ahead before showing up at the time promised. The rooms are much warmer and we have no longer have issues with condensation forming on the windows, even in the coldest weather. Outside noise is greatly reduced as well. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

    Supply and install windows

    The entire process from the initial visit was done very professionally. The crew that arrived to install the windows were prompt and extremely efficient. They tidied up all of the mess both inside and out and we were able to get our oversized kitchen window that we wanted. Great company, excellent job, we are thrilled. My husband was a Painting/decorating/renovation contractor ( retired ) and paid close attention from start to finish and he is very happy.

    Window Blinds

    Happy we could find the right blinds for our windows! Ecoline employees are responsible and helped us in choosing the right blinds also measured accurately and installed the blinds with no problems!

    Quick and friendly service, they surprised us by having everything ready ahead of schedule! So happy with the reults, too! Huge difference within a day. Thank you so very much!

    Canada Greener Home Energy Windows Replacement

    Very impressed with Ecoline Windows from booking to ordering to install to enjoying the finished product! I requested quotes from 6 different companies in Calgary to provide me windows to meet the Canada Greener Home Energy Program specifications, and this was 1 of 2 companies who could deliver, so that I received the maximum rebate eligible per window. The Ecoline total price was the middle of the quotes, yet I get my rebates, and this brings me below the quote of a competitor. Professionalism all around--Alexander H. was courteous, honest and very professional in the assessment. The booking of appointments was quickly done by office staff. Addressing questions as to when the install may occur was thorough and they were patient with my questions. The installers, Alexei and Slava were very courteous and polite, worked hard to install and get the job done on time, tidying and cleaning debris into piles, sweeping and vacuuming as they left a room. Time of booking to installation was about 4 months. Competition in the marketplace is good, but why waste your time when Ecoline delivered on all aspects?

    Supply and installations of the windows

    We were very pleased with the supply and installations of the windows. We were impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail by Slava and Ross. They were very meticulous with the interior trim, particularly with the basement windows that required the existing boxes to be cut down and new window trim cut and installed. They worked very hard, did not cut corners , finished the job on time and thoroughly cleaned up and disposed of all old materials and garbage. The new updated look makes our home seem a lot brighter.

    Windows Replaced

    We have dealt with Ecoline Windows since 2016. The windows are of excellent quality!! We have a big house so replaced half of the windows in 2016 & the remaining ones a couple of weeks ago. The process was simple right from start to finish. I liked the fact that they sent an email or called to let us know the status of our order. We ordered the windows in October. The salesman measured for the windows then the installer came & remeasured just to be sure before sending the order in. The windows arrived & fit like a glove!! The installers were fast, efficient, courteous & extremely knowledgeable. They laid blankets throughout the house for any wet snow. They also vacuumed & cleaned up the area where the windows were installed. The two men were fast, accurate & friendly. I would absolutely recommend Ecoline Windows…
