    Window Installation

    I needed to replace 7 windows in my home which can be an overwhelming task. So many window companies to choose from and then there is the material that the window is made of and there is the style, colour etc. I finally chose Ecoline and I am so grateful to their sales representative Sergey. He explained in great detail the construction of the window and the pros and cons of what I was looking for. The price was reasonable and was in line with other competitors. The window installers were great. Petro was very efficient and knew his trade. No time was wasted to install the windows. Everything was cleaned up after the install of the windows. Since the install of the windows I am finding less street noise filtering into the house, the air conditioner is not coming on as much which means I am very happy with the windows, I chose. The test will come this winter and I will keep you posted whether the windows meet my expectations.

    Replace Arched Window Living Room

    Excellent Service from Start to Finish...Ordered windows in winter (two arched type) and were delivered and installed in the warmer weather in Spring as promised. Kept us informed all the time as to progress of Production...Salesperson was a real pleasure to deal with..offering advice when asked ....knew the product very well...Measuring was done with Great Detail and when installed, fit excellent...as mentioned these were arched so size must be accurate...Highly Recommended to anyone considering Windows of any type. Very Professional...Cleaned all areas when done. Would Definitely Use Again !!!!

    Kitchen and basement windows

    Ecoline was great to deal with from start to finish. We were replacing 5 basement windows and a big kitchen window. We already knew what we wanted and the salesman was very friendly, understanding and not pushy. Installation was quick and thorough. They cleaned up very nicely after themselves and we’re finished in 1/2 a day. 10/10 would recommend Ecoline.

    Sunroom Windows

    We had a great experience with Ecoline from start to finish when we needed windows for our 4 season sunroom. The estimate was professional and accurate. The installation went very smoothly and they cleaned up all materials after they were done. I would definitely use them again when we need new windows.

    window reolacements

    As I was in the market in replacing a few windows, I was a bit overwhelmed on how many window companies there is. My process began with searching online reviews of the various companies. I chose 3 who I felt were rated the best with Ecoline being one of them. Of the 3, Ecoline windows offered me the most impressive presentation at my home. Their salesperson, Iurii, was very knowledgeable and included a sample window to explain the construction and quality of materials used in constructing their windows. I was very impressed. The pricing was very competitive compared to others. When the windows arrived the installers were quick, cleaned everything up, and took the time to go over installing the screens, locking mechanisms etc. To summarize I chose Ecoline because of the sales presentation, quality of window and finally the price. Very happy and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

    Window Replacement

    I had 5 windows replaced, including 2 quarter rounds changed to squares, and I am thrilled with the end result. Ecoline Windows did a fantastic job from start to finish. Alexey came out for the quote and was very knowledgeable, thorough, and ensured I knew all my options and what I would be getting. The windows arrived at the earlier of the stated date range. The install team, Alex and Paul, are clearly skilled in the trade, fast, and left my home clean. My windows look amazing and I highly recommend Ecoline Windows. I look forward to working with them on the replacement of the remaining windows. Thank you Ecoline for making this project so easy!

    Full House Window Replacement

    Ecoline in Edmonton was great to work with. The sales, scheduling, installation and costumer service representatives treated us with professional and high standard service and the final product is precisely as ordered and discussed. We had 11 aluminum slider windows replaced in our home with casement style windows and one, large, three-panel window in our front room was also replaced. The sales representative was knowledgeable and worked with us on costs, we were kept up to date on the progress of our order and installation was scheduled promptly and the appointment was kept. The installation crew was on time, did exceptional work and respected our home. Following installation, I had an issue with the finishing on one of the 12 windows. An installer was at our house the following day to rectify to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the overall project.

    Whole house change out

    We had 11 windows and 2 exterior doors replaced. Right from the get go they were awesome! I submitted online a request for a quote, and less than 5 minutes later I had a phone call setting up an appointment that worked for me. Alex ( sales) was fantastic and very patient with our young son. We had our quote before Alex left that first day and he walked us through everything we could expect. He took the time to educate us about our options and how it would impact the quote and why we may or may not want certain options, but was always very clear that it was our choice. There was absolutely NO sales pressure. There was no upselling, there was no sway one way or another unless we asked, and when he gave us his opinion he made it clear that it was up to us. Installation time was as quoted by the installers and the installation looks awesome! The windows and doors we got look amazing and function beautifully! Thanks Ecoline!

    Window replacement

    had 3 qoutes, choose Ecoline, very proffesional, on time, really good at installation, answered all questions, cleaned up afterwards,very polite and friendly, would have them replace any other windows that need to be replaced

    Window Replacement

    We had 14 windows replaced by Ecoline (Calgary) in 2017. Alex Havkin was very professional, great to deal with and understood our requirements. Our windows were installed as scheduled and the whole house was completed on time. We are very pleased with the results.
