Your windows are under warranty with us, we have ordered a new sealed unit for you, as soon as it arrives to our warehouse, we will call you right away to schedule for a service appointment and we will replace this sealed unit free of charge, not even a labour cost, sorry for the inconvenience, but please be aware that Canadian Pacific Rail was on strike. Which caused delays with your order.
