    New windows replacement

    Ecoline is superb at collecting your payment once the installation is completed. Getting things repaired is another story. We had 8 windows replaced first week of April 2018. After a week, we noticed a crack in one of the windows and we promptly reported it to Ecoline on April 16. They promised it will be completed in 4 weeks considering that it still has to be re-manufactured and shipped. It has been 5 weeks now and every time we follow it up, all they say is they will check shipping status without giving information if the manufacturing was even completed. More than a week and the train has not arrived yet??? Perhaps they haven't even started the manufacturing and they consider it not urgent since we have already paid. Don't trust this company. Very greedy! I am considering filing a complaint with the Manitoba Consumer Protection Office.

Your windows are under warranty with us, we have ordered a new sealed unit for you, as soon as it arrives to our warehouse, we will call you right away to schedule for a service appointment and we will replace this sealed unit free of charge, not even a labour cost, sorry for the inconvenience, but please be aware that Canadian Pacific Rail was on strike. Which caused delays with your order.

    Window Replacement

    Workers tore up my lawn in a couple of places, gouged the window ledge, stained my carpet with what looks like caulking, and left a big mess of plastic shavings and other garbage in my garage and driveway. I spoke with customer service and heard squat back from them. I am very disappointed with their apparent lake of concern for my issues. I definitely would NOT recommend this company!

    Chalet Style Log Home Total Window Replacement

    This company did a total window replacement for us in late April, 2018. We have a cedar log home, chalet style with 20 foot ceilings. From start to finish, this was a positive experience. Alex, the salesperson, was professional, knew what he was doing and kept us well informed. There was no pressure from the salesperson to go with this company. The two person team that came in to replace the windows, headed up by another gentleman named Alex, was fast, friendly, and very skilled, obviously experts in their field. We would highly recommend Ecoline Windows and we thank them for a job well done.

    Excellent service

    Excellent service - workers were friendly, very clean and neat, did a really good job in a short amount of time. Would highly recommend this company. No high pressure sales - just good honest facts and explanations.

    Whole House - new windows

    We replaced the windows in our 1960's home, and added a patio door. The process from start to finish was smooth: the sales rep worked with us to ensure we got the windows and the look we wanted, we were kept informed on timelines for the installation, and the installers worked extra hard to ensure that they kept the house clean and timelines on track. The windows appear just as advertised. It's great to have new, triple pane windows instead of older, 1960s single pane. We would recommend Ecoline.

    Ecoline amazing

    Amazing job , fast service would use them again. Coustomer servicve that will help you right away with anything you need, they also come for a free estamate. Good job !!!!

    windows and back door

    The worst company I had to put up with! The worst customer service, always late and best of all blaming me for it! Unable to process my government rebate because they lost the job photos even though they came out 3 times to do it! cheep crappy product, and had to hire siding people to fix the job they did as they proved themselves incompetent to work with my type of siding!

    Window installation

    We had four windows installed at our house and eco line windows did a great job from start to finish. The sales person was not pushy and talked us through all our options and the installer were quick and clean.

    Windows in new kitchen

    I shopped around and got 4 quotes from different companies to get two windows installed in my kitchen. Ecoline had great reviews online which is why they were one of my choices. The reviews held true, as they were the least expensive quote but also had great service. Install was very quick and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

    Installation of Bay Window

    I had someone come out to do a quote on the replacement of my bay window. Alex was wonderful - patient and knowledgeable. I have 2 young children and he was very patient with them during the presentation. The installation guys were phenomenal - they were punctual, clean and precise. They showed extreme pride in their work and it showed in the end result. They cleaned up in my living room so well that you would never have known they just replaced a big window. They were very good with my children too. Which is very much appreciated. Wonderful service - great work!
