    Bow windows replaced

    We chose Ecoline due to their competitive rates and the very personable representative who came to our home. He was able to answer all our questions, show us products and made us feel good about choosing Ecoline. We had our windows (4 sets of 4 bow windows) installed ahead of schedule all done in one day. The installers were professional and did a great job. The windows look great!

    Full Home Window Replacement

    We recently had Ecoline replace 17 windows in our home. From the initial consultation all the way through installation Ecoline remained responsive and professional. The production, delivery, and installation timeline was exact to original quote. The initial quality seems great and we were very happy with the installation crew. Pricing was competitive with the other reputive companies that we received quotes from.

    Awesome job !

    Ecoline windows installed are new windows a few weeks ago. What an amazing job they have done with a very difficult project we are over the moon with them. The standard of professionalism was second to none. Working in freezing temperatures and in an awkward situation didn't seem much of a concern to these amazing guys. We would totally recommend this company and their window installers . They kept us updated every step of the way and the end result is fantastic.

    Bedroom replacement windows

    We were very happy with the products and the service. The sales rep that came out and gave us the quote was very good and honest. He made suggestions and gave us different options and price quotes. The installers were on time and did a great job, hauling away all the old material. After the install we were contacted a few times to make sure everything was satisfactory. We would use them again and I have already recommended them to my friends.

    installation of basement windows

    I picked up their brochure in the mail and contacted them the same day. A representative came out in a few days and told us about their products. The product we chose we are very happy with , the installation was done promptly and sooner than we thought. the installer was focused and professional in his job. He cleaned up very well after his job was done. We will choose this company for future business when needed and would not hesitate to recommend them to other friends or neighbors.

    Great company, our windows look amazing!!

    This was our second time using Ecoline Windows, and we were once again satisfied with the company. Great customer service and installation crew. They did a great job replacing our old windows, and the new ones look amazing!

    Window and Patio Door

    Very competitive price, the sales offers professional information about products. Finished 3 windows and 1 patio door installation in just one day. They helped to seal the little frame leaking of my existing patio door in dinning room for free.

    Basement window replacement

    Ecoline Windows did a professional job from start to finish. My concerns about fire codes and safe egress were answered at the initial meeting. Installation was efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.

    Excellent products and customer service

    After getting a number of quotes, we were the most impressed by Ecoline and their customer service as well as competitive price. We booked an install date which ended up being sooner than expected which was nice, considering our cold winter. I really appreciated that they didn't talk negatively about their competitors, they just explained how their windows were made and their benefits. It was also very nice having updates on processing time and when they were ready. The installers were great, they laid drop sheets everywhere they were working and were polite. Considering it was -20 outside and basically the whole front of our house was uncovered, they worked hard to get it done quickly and efficiently. When they were finished, they cleaned up inside as well as all the debris from outside. I can actually enjoy sitting in my living room and sleeping in my bedroom without freezing thanks to Ecoline and my new windows. I would definitely reccomend.

    Shady Company

    They damages are bush and said that's our problem. They are dishonest. emails was sent out advising bush would not be my responsibility. No emails were ever received. Money has been held back until they replace the bush. They are withholding the rebate because of this. Holding rebate back was never discussed. The AR department are rude ignorant and are clueless on how to speak with customers in a professional manner. They hung up on me. Once the PM has sold the windows they don't care about the rest of the process. Would not recommend this company to anybody.
