    window replacement

    I had my complete house windows done by ecoline windows. Its been a year and a half now we had the triple pain installed I cant believe how cool our house is during these hot days in the summer . this wasn't the case with the olds windows for sure. as for promptness they were right on time with the schedule, the installers were right on time . they had a gentlemen come in just before the installers left and went over every window with me. We found one problem and was fixed on the spot . not only is this a great quality window but I was very pleased with the service from start to finish

    Windows and doors

    We had been living in our home for 2 years when I finally deiced to get the windows replaced. The upstairs windows and basement windows hadwood frames and cracked and missing parts. Not something I could do myself, so I started getting quotes. I went with Ecoline Windows. The salesperson, she came on time, very knowledgeable, and, brought with her three samples of different windows crank, sliding and hung. I didn’t have to try to envision it from a small picture in a catalog. I decided to get a bay window installed instead of an old hung and picture window in my living room. After 2 months we decided to install a new front door. It's lovely. Good service, same salesperson and installer, no hassle. I was able to pick the door, and the kind of window glass I wanted. We are happy with our new bay window and door, and highly recommend Yulia from Ecoline Windows.

    Windows

    The guys are great first he came over to give me a quote he wasn't in hurry or perusered me in anyway and talk about every little detail cuz i wanted a certain type of trim and sill in the bedroom windows .in the living room i went from straight window To a bow window it just gives a awesome look because the guys did it very neatly. Since i'm a picky very picky guy and i am 110% satisfied from them. There were no damages or crack on wall. Cleaned up outside and especially inside alex is awesome as matter fact they were all respectful after seeing the windows done at my home my uncle wants his done they guys are professional

    9 windows and patio

    Ecoline windows was great ! They arrived on time for all their appointments; both the estimate appointment and the final measuring appointment were early morning to accommodate my work schedule. They used the number of men sufficient to install the 9 windows and 1 patio door system within the time frame specified. The size/shape of the window replacements were verified before the old windows were removed. They removed the windows, installed the new ones, and "finished" them outside and inside neatly and without a lot of yelling upstairs to downstairs. And they cleaned up as they worked ! The guys were polite and professional.

    Windows replacement

    I ordered three patio doors from Ecoline Windows. I had 4 quotes and the price was competitive, in the mid to low range. I was told that the company will arrange all the details and they would take care of everything. The patio doors were installed in August, and they do look solid, I like the fact they are easy to operate. When the installers were done, they used flat trim on the inside to create a contemporary look. When you decide to get new windows, make sure the company offers a good products, use caution when talking to sales people and get everything in writing. Communicate with installers during the installation, and inspect the installer’s work their to make sure everything is done up to your satisfaction.

    Windows replacement

    We contracted Ecoline Windows about having some windows replaced in our home. From the first phone call to get an estimate, to getting the finish product installed everything went very smooth. Our sales person was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The gentlemen who came to install the windows were very accommodation, they vacuumed and collected all the debris that was left after the old window were taken out, very good attention to details. They covered up the areas they were working in so nothing got damage. We are positively surprised with the easy of the project. We would definitely call Ecoline Windows again for future windows replacement.

    WIndows and Patio

    This is our fourth time dealing with Ecoline for window replacement in our home and all of our experiences have been positive. All four times the same sales associate, which made the experience familiar, and hassle free visited us each time.There was a minor mix-up for scheduling the measurement for our new casement window but this was easily resolved and we were set up with the same installer that had completed our previous three installations so he recognized our home and was efficient and professional.We had no issues with the previous installations, no service issues with the product. The customer service department has been very helpful with questions we have had along the way.In short, we would recommend Ecoline Windows, and have to several friends and family.

    Window replacement

    Good experience with ecoline Windows, excellent jobs in sales, installation and services ! We are really satisfied with the new window, my husband said many times it's worth it !

    Window Replacement

    Ecoline Windows - This company is very cost competitive! Personnel was professional, knowledge, and very responsive to our questions, concern, etc. Their customer service is very good. The installation team was great. They show up on time, they are very good at keeping us in the loop regarding how long the installation would take and they were very honest with us. They also got the job done in exactly the time they quoted us. We are very happy with our new windows. na dhow easy it was to work with Ecoline Windows.

    Window Replacement

    We had all our windows replaced by Ecoline, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We based our decision to go with Ecoline by looking at reviews. Our decision was heavily influenced by the Better Business Bureau website, where real cases are posted. There are many types of reviews out there, but we felt that the BBB website is the most reliable. We did a lot of research prior to the sales person's visit. I picked up literature from home reno stores as well as reading online material. The Ecoline website is also very helpful. We were prepared with informed questions which assisted the sales person to offer us the appropriate windows, such as high LoE windows for our second-floor west-facing rooms which used to get extremely hot. Now the slightly higher temperature in those rooms are barely perceptible. So do your homework. The installation people were very efficient and helpful in answering questions. If you ordered special windows (such as high LoE) for a particular location, make sure that you read the specification label on the window before it gets installed. This will require that you be more active in your interaction with the installation staff - they will thank you for it if a mistake was prevented. The triple-glazed windows have been installed for a week and a half now and we are extremely pleased with them. The house has been cool even in the hottest (30 degrees C) days. The product is very nice looking and easy to use. We had not hassles with the staff. We highly recommend Ecoline.
