    Window replacement for 1/3 of our home

    We had 1/3 of our home done last year. We had watched the workers replace windows at our neighbours. The service was just as expected and we are very pleased with the results. We have shutters that had to be removed and replaced. I was worried about this, but it was completed easily thanks to the experienced workers. We also like the fact that the company looked after getting the energy rebate from the gov't. It was only $313 but it was good to have a knowledgeable person look after it.

    Window install job not completed

    We had nine windows installed on September 29th 2017. The job was not completed because they ran out of trim for the inside bay window. They also didn't have new trim for the front window. Also there other concerns that need to be addressed. A week after the install I called to see if the trim was ordered and it had not been ordered. I was told to sent pictures which I did and every since this day we have had the run around and no results. We have called this company for over four weeks at least once or twice a week and nothing has been done. If your looking for windows I would look some where else. Also don't pay them till the job is completed.

    Simple and Professional

    The whole experience was so easy. Eco line let us pick a time that worked for a quote. Sergey our sales representative was very professional and polite. He brought out a window to show us the product we would be purchasing. The one day installation was so convenient and clean. Couldn't be happier with our new windows.

    Window replacements

    We had other quotes for our windows and Ecoline was the lowest. The sales and customer service people were friendly and easy to deal with. The product is beautiful and the installation process went quickly.

    Ecoline Widows - Fantastic!

    Ecoline Windows was the cheapest of the three estimates that I got. My entire experience with them was very positive. They were prompt and professional throughout the estimate and installation and the follow-up. I gave them my highest recommendations.

    9 windows 3 exterior doors

    Rather than write a review right after the install I waited till now to express our complete satisfaction with Ecoline windows. The salesman Alex was extremely professional and provided quotes very quickly with the continued changes we wanted. The install was done much quicker than we thought as we gave them an absolute finish time due to a wedding in our family, they were done three weeks prior to the finish time. The installers were awesome, not only perfectionists, but very friendly and comical. After the install we checked around our property for small bits of metal and garbage and we could not find any. Dealing with Ecoline was a very enjoyable experience and the triple pane upgrade the salesman recommended is well worth the money. Our home looks and feels warmer and the furnace does not kick on near as much as it did before. We have and will continue to recommend Ecoline Windows to anyone in need of windows and doors!

    Basement Windows

    My experience with Ecoline Windows far exceeded my expectations. I often got flyers in the mail and I noticed that a few of my neighbors had windows replaced by Ecoline. I did some research online and the reviews consistently described a positive experience. From the quotation, measuring and installation the customer service was exceptional. Through the entire process I felt reassured that I had chosen a great company. The installation was flawless and the windows look great. I am very happy with everything and highly recommend Ecoline Windows.

    Home Reno

    Our order timeline was acceptable. The install date was kept. Our installation crew were most efficient and left our home clean and with no damage. From our first sales meeting to final install we would agree that for our next window order Ecoline will be used . Ours was an experience not often enjoyed. Jim and Irene Jenkinson

    New Windows

    Excellent experience from the price to the installation. Quote was surprisingly good and the install was very professional. The guys als did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Very satisfied with our new triple pane windows. I highly recommend this company!

    Bedroom Window Replacements

    We had 2 windows to replace and we wanted to get several quotes. The Ecoline quote was the lowest, and for the same quality product as the others. The installation went smoothly and everyone we were in contact with was great to work with. Easy from start to finish, and LOVE the new windows.
