    Living room and Basement windows

    This was the second time we had windows replaced with Ecoline Windows. We were very happy with the final result. Every step was easy, our salesman Alex was great to deal with, and the price was very reasonable. Installation was very quick (every time the job was done in 1 day!) and they cleaned up after themselves. I'd definitely recommend Ecoline!

    Warranty is non-existent

    We got Windows installed over a year ago. We noticed a few months ago that whenever it rained heavy the bottom of the one window would fill up with water. We waited until it happened a few times to make sure it wasn't a one off situation. Each time it happened we would have to use half a roll of paper towel to dry all the water up. When it kept happening my husband called to see if someone could come out and check the window. After getting the run around on the phone for a few days he was told no one would come out as that is how the windows are designed to work. I have never had a window ever that would fill up with water and not drain...and no one there would help us. I'm glad we found out how there "warranty" works before we replaced the rest of our windows because we definately won't be using Ecoline again.

    Hello Shawna , thank you very much for your feedback. As we already explained to your husband, slider windows are designed that way to allow water penetration to a drainage channel, from there it drains towards the outside of the house, however, some of the water can stay in the channel until it dries out completely. Malfunction of the drainage can be considered when the water overflows the channel and leaks towards the inside of the house, which is not your case. The situation you describe is not a warranty matter, but if you see the water overflowing the channel and leaking inside the house, just give us a call and we will send our technician right away. All our windows are energy star rated, CSA certified and tested under different conditions. We can provide you with the test results from our Engineering department and all the specs for your slider window. Please feel free to get hold of our service department should you wish to obtain the above mentioned specs.

    Window replacement

    We had every window in our new home replaced with Ecoline Windows. We were very happy with the final result. Every step was easy, our salesman Alex was great to deal with, and the price was the best of all companies we'd had quotes from. Installation was very quick (8 windows completed in 6 hours!) and they cleaned up after themselves. I'd definitely recommend Ecoline!

    Basement window enlargement

    I recently had a basement window enlarged and replaced by Ecoline Windows and Doors. The salesperson, estimator and installers all showed great customer service and knowledge with the installation of the window. The work done was excellent and of the three quotes I had done Ecoline price was by far the best. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and looked great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

    Full window replacement

    We chose to go with ecoline after the salesman came and spent 2 hours doing our quote. He reviewed each window with me, describing room airflow, window layout, openings, and various options and cost factors. All the other companies I requested quotes from neither came to look at the windows nor offered advice on the type of windows. Another factor for us is that this company manufactures their own windows. This removes the scenario of the buyer getting stuck in the middle of a lengthy fight between the manufacturer and the installer pointing fingers at each other when a window installation goes wrong. The installation was booked about 8 weeks from when we ordered (during peak season middle of summer and for a total of 11 windows). I was told that installation would take two days max. When they only got four windows done in the first day I was concerned about them finishing on time however they were super efficient and productive and did finish all windows by 6 PM on the second day. Both installers were friendly and knowledgeable and the work they did was top-notch. All of our rooms were cleaned and vacuumed and there was no junk left outside the house either. All of our old windows were taken away as well.

    window installation

    I recently have Eco-line Windows installed a window in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the product and the installation. The salesperson is professional. I would recommend using the company for window installation.

    Kitchen Window Replacement

    We had 3 quote to replace our kitchen windows and although Eco-line wasn't the cheapest, we felt the most confident with their expertise. The installers came on time and were very professional. They offered their opinion as to how to install mouldings to make the project look beautiful. When the job was completed I was stunned at what a difference windows and mouldings made. My home was clean when they left and there was no garbage left for me to discard. I would recommend this company.

    Window Installation

    I had my original aluminum slider windows and living room and kitchen picture windows replaced very thorough, clean fast and courteous I recommend them with out a doubt. great job

    Kitchen window installation

    I recently had Ecoline install windows in my home. Like most people I shopped around & had 3 different companies come to my home to talk about their windows & compare prices. I decided to go with Ecoline for a few reasons. The first reason was because the person who came to talk to me was very knowledgeable & helpful in answering all of my questions. She had a sample window with her & explained how the triple pane process works, & took the time to show me how the window could be opened for ease of cleaning. After talking she always asked if I had any questions. The other reason why I chose Ecoline was the warranty. Ecoline has a great warranty, & I felt better knowing if I have any issues I would be taken care of. Ecoline prices are compareable to most window companies. After the window installation the gentlemen installing them made sure that everything was cleaned up and left everything the way they had found it

    Replacement windows for livingroom, bathroom and one bedroom

    I needed new windows after 20 years. These windows are attractive, and the staff was prompt, courteous and efficient. They are easy to use. I would recommend this company to others for sure!
