My husband and I were very happy with Tony's work. He was very professional from the beginning. He showed up on time, checked everything in great detail and answered our questions. He spent 4 hours doing the inspection! He used cameras and other testing equipments to document and test conditions of the house. Because of his work we were able to get some money from the seller for the repair of our new home.

I would recommend Inch by Inch Inspections as I found them to put my mind at ease in regards to a home inspection I had them perform. Not only did they provide the information they found during the inspection but Tony the inspector I had explained all findings with great detail and a polite and professional manner. A very detailed report was given to me and I was encouraged to ask questions during and once the inspection was completed. I have had inspections before in the past with other companies but unfortunately have had bad experiences. I have a suspected crack in the foundation wall which is behind a finished wall. A strong musty smell would fill the basement. The water leak started to come out at the base of the wall. Prior to removing the wall and insulation, I wanted to make sure that the smell wasn't a result of black mold. First step was to check Homestars for a certified mold inspector. Found Tony from Inch By Inch Inspections. I called and scheduled a visit. He inspected the outside and inside of the house, took samples and made suggestions on what I should get fixed to prevent further water damage. He spent 2 hours here explaining in detail what he was doing and what my options where for mold remediation. I can go on about what a decent and professional person Tony is but I'll probably run out of space. I highly recommend this company and in particular Tony.
