I have used Tony many times for home inspections and also for asbestos testing. Not only is he very thorough, knowledgeable and very skilled, but he is a genuinely nice person to deal with. He takes the time to explain every detail and was quick to answer any follow up questions as well. I'd give him 12 stars if I could and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Contacted Tony based on a referral. Very thorough and personable inspector who carries a wealth of knowledge regarding home inspections. His exemplary customer service is what stood out for me the most. Time flew as he walked me around the home, pointing things out and answering any questions I had. I called tony based upon the reviews and ratings i found on homestars and i was not at all disappointed. Tony was so helpful and knowledgeable. He checked every little thing in the house. He did not rush anything took all the time to check properly. Such a down to earth, professional person. He was fully equipped. He detected mold in the attic which helped us get a rebate of around 2000 dollars. I will definately get the mold treated by Tony. He was honest and adviced us like a friend. Great guy. My wife, 3 kids and myself have been feeling quite ill over the past while, so we decided to have a few companies come in to see if they could figure out what was going on. The problem was they all came up with different suggestions that were quite expensive and with no real proof to back up the findings. A friend of ours gave us Tony’s number, so we decided to give him a call. When Tony came over he was very professional, and told us exactly what he was going to do and look for. Once Tony was done he went through his findings step by step and explained what he found and the cause of it and how the problem can be corrected. I’m glad to say that my family and I have been feeling much better since the problem was corrected, and would like to thank Tony and would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

I have known Tony for several years as a property investor where he has taken care or general property inspections in addition to asbestos and mould testing, not to mention as a realtor as well where Tony has helped several of my clients with their property inspections- both residential and commercial.
