I recently received a gift certificate for Lux cleaning and had them clean my home. This is the first time I’ve experienced a professional cleaning company so I didn’t know what to expect. I usually don’t write reviews on companies but after my interaction with the owner and the highly professional team of cleaners at Lux, I just had to do something. Al suggested writing in to Homestars. Other than an incredibly clean home, some of the highlights were bathroom tiles that looked like new (after years of calcium and soap film build up), perfectly gleaming floors, and everything was straightened and dusted. They even detail cleaned my Boflex gym equipment! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for the 5 star treatment.

Lux is the best cleaning service that I have ever experienced. My place had never looked cleaner and they use only green products. The staff is considerate, professional and very thorough They did an unbelievable job!

The Lux Team arrived at our house at the time agreed upon. The 5 person team introduced themselves one by one. The 'team lead' had a written document in hand which itemized what was to be done that day which had been previously agreed upon. I was very impressed by the professional manner in which they all conducted themselves. Then they began to clean. It was truly a 'team' approach. Every step of the way, they would communicate to each other what their responsibilities were 'room by room'. The overall cleaning was excellent- very detailed and thorough!! The products used were environmentally friendly. My whole house smelled fresh and clean, but without the use of harsh chemicals. My bathroom fixtures sparkled!!! The roof came down in my home and I was very concerned about the dust and possible dirt from the attic and roof coming down into the living area of my house. LUX and the cleaners came and did a wonderful job of deep cleaning not only my living space but also other rooms in the house. I especially loved the fact that they deep cleaned areas in the kitchen that I can never get to, including the space behind the oven. My only reason for not recommending to my mother is the price; you get what you pay for. Excellent work, environmentally and healthy cleaners. My mom would probably not want to pay for it thought I think it's totally worth the money.

Selling your home can be one of the most stressful decisions in life. Contacting LUX when made our life a whole lot easier. Not only did the LUX team clean our home from top to bottom, but their attention to detail was astounding. Friendly and always on time, our windows, floors, tiles, walls, carpets were all given the high standard LUX treatment. One particular highlight was the complete restoration of antique brass fixtures on our main front door. A LUX employee took it upon herself to restore and bring to life an old welcoming feature of our home. My family was moving into a house previously home to cats and I am very allergic (including serious asthma). We contacted a number of cleaning companies, and ultimately chose LUX because of their great reviews and their specialized skills of de-catting and allergy cleaning. Al was very knowledgeable and flexible to our needs. The cleaning crew did a very thorough job and gave a tour at the end to show the work that had been done. Even after moving in and stirring up the air, after one week I have not taken my puffer. Furthermore, the reason I give 10, is that Al returned and spent extra time looking at our house, giving suggestions and even doing more work on our basement, as it seemed to host more allergens for me than the rest of our house. He was thorough and genuinely wanted to make sure I was healthy in my new home. And I am...so, I highly recommend LUX for allergy and asthma sufferers.

I am thrilled with the services of LUX and how they handled the complete cleaning of our home after our renovations were complete. They had several teams come in to clean the ducts and furnace, windows, carpeting, tile and grout and of course, the detailed cleaning teams to de-dust and polish every inch of our home. It is so nice to finally have everything back in its place! I found the owner of LUX and all his teams to be very professional, hard working, detailed and with a strong commitment to quality and customer service. Their specialized tools and supplies seemed top of the line and everything went smoothly and according to plan. I would highly recommend this company and hope to have them back again next year for another round of "LUX Clean".

I hired LUX to do a thorough home cleaning although I do have weekly service. Al and his team spent 1.5 days cleaning areas of the house that normally get overlooked. The ladies were professional, friendly and worked diligently. They took pride in doing a good job. I was very pleased wtih the results and would recommend LUX to even the pickiest neat freaks.
