We hired Natanael in fall '13 to install new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and patio door in our kitchen. We found him to be excellent to work with, a good listener and adviser, and very responsive. The crew and subcontractors were all polite and friendly, the type of people you don't mind having in your home. Perhaps most important, the work was done on time and on budget. The only reason I can't award a perfect 10 rating is that there were number of minor mistakes or issues which seemed to arise from the crew rushing to stay on schedule. Some of these, like problems with the installation of a cabinet or the range hood, were fixable, and Natanael came out promptly to make sure they were set right. However there were others which we are having to live with: some misaligned tiles here, a slight blemish from glue getting onto the cabinet face there, scratches in the new sink from grout residue not being cleaned out properly. In each case, the fix would have been too costly and just not worth it. But for people who are absolute perfectionists, these sorts of things might be a problem. Also, his countertop supplier is more of a granite guy and did not have a good selection of the Caeserstone that we wanted, making the process of picking a top stressful. That said, we are satisfied with the end result. Nearly a year later, everything is holding up well and we love the kitchen.

In 2013 we hired P&P to totally gut and rebuild our 90 year old home's basement. From the first meeting with Natanael we were very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of P&P. Natanael was a great listener, very knowledgeable and had no problems having a family member, who is an electrician, do the electrical. Natanael's crew (working under Mario's supervision) showed up on time, every day of the project, worked a full 10-12 hours and were a general pleasure to have around. When we requested an earlier start date - Natanael had no problem obliging. Most importantly, the reno finished on time, on budget and are very impressed with the result. After our very cold winter, we had a minor leak on an outside faucet and P&P fixed it, patched up the minor damages with no questions asked. We would not hesitate to use P&P in the future or to recommend them to anyone seeking quality, professional workmanship. Thanks P&P! Marko & Nicole

We used P&P Renovations (Nataneal) in 2013 for an extensive home renovation (please see my review dated July 7/13). As a result of water damage in our lower level living space - a frustrating on-going issue - we moved forward with very invasive internal water proofing - internal weeping tiles, removal of concrete slab, new gravel & new concrete as well as installation of a sump pump - we were left with a 'mess' in our lower level which is occupied by our tenant. We would 'never' consider using anyone other than Nataneal and his crew given our past experience with Nataneal. Within this restoration .... Nataneal and his crew accommodated our needs in restoring the living space helping to minimize the length of upheaval to our tenant. The water proofing specialists were finishing off on Friday morning -- Nataneal & his crew arrived on Friday morning. They worked diligently restoring every detail in the space back to its original state .... 5 crew members worked a long Friday and remainder of the weekend to help us out. Drywall, plastering, new baseboards, new floors, building in the sump pump piping so as to hide the visual of the plumping....unbelievable!!! The quality of work, the professionalism of Nataneal's crew, the problem solving and the attention to detail .... these are the trademarks of P&P Renovations! I could never do Nataneal justice with my words; my simple words cannot begin to describe what is Nataneal and P&P Renovations. These are wonderful, commited and dedicated to perfection and quality people who take pride in what they do and they it do so very well. Thank you again - Nataneal & crew! I have no words to express enough thanks! Then....after the restoration of our lower level apartment space - I had Nataneal return with his Masonry specialist to redo & repair our exterior masonry; from years of neglect the area was crumbling and deteriorating. I have never seen this type of work done before and was amazed at the precision with which the work was carried out. Again - the quality of the work, the dedication to the most minute details was apparent. And....what totally blew me away and which is so typical of Nataneal & his crew .... we called them in for this job (a very specific and visually obvious area) and I came home to them finding other areas that were in need of repair which they just moved ahead with and repaired with no impact on the original quote. Nataneal .... to you and your crew and most heartfelt THANK YOU! Michael and I are so very thankful that we found you .... Have I mentioned .... above and beyond what I have written .... these are the 'nicest' guys to have around your house .... pleasant, happy, respectful .... they make the work being done fun! This is my second review for P&P, they originally created a bedroom suite in my basement at the start of 2013, unfortunately my home was flooded (sewer backup) during the July storm and my whole basement was ruined. Given my good experience with them before they were my first port of call to get the basement redone. This was a big job, over 1,800 sqft of space, and involved totally refinishing the entire basement starting from the studs up, took approx 3 months overall. Mauricio was my onsite person, great guy, very reliable and worked hard everyday to complete the project. P&P also has a long list of subcontractor relationships they manage, e.g. electricians, plumbers, gas fitters; none of this was my concern though as my interaction was purely with Mauricio and Natanael. The quality of the work overall was great, and issues that i raised were dealt with in a timing fashion without additional cost to me. They planned the schedule of work out in advance and finished ahead of time and without any budget variance .. impressive for such a large project. I would definitely use them again, although I need a mental break from renovations right now ;)

P & P removed the carpet in the second floor of my house and they installed laminate floor. The contractors worked very fast and the whole floor was done in one weekend. We were very pleased with what they did and decided to install 5 new windos in our house.Rafael and Javier did a great job .When they finished they cleaned all the mess and removed the old carpets and windows. They were respectful and dedicated and all the renovations were as scheduled. We will have them back for our next project and for sure we'll reccomend them to our friends.

My wife and I decided to finally get our unfinished basement renovated to create a living and play space for our two young children, create a bathroom and relocate our main floor laundry room to the basement. We received a number of quotations from contractors, did our background checks, and evaluated each of the contracts against each other. Ultimately, P&P Renovations were chosen based on the structure of the contract and the payment terms and schedule were organized to be in our favor - with no negotiation - this the standard way they do business. The price was competitive and we just had a good feeling about P&P Renovations based on the impression from Natanael. The work was scheduled to begin in early November and end just before Christmas 2013. The work began on time, and my wife and I decided to add scope to the project by having P&P replace the crown molding in the kitchen and entrance as well as replace the door trim & baseboards in the entire house, and paint the main floor. Effectively by our own choice, we turned a basement renovation into a renovation of the entire house. This should have added a significant amount of time to the overall project, but Natanael added a few more workers to get try and get the job done on time. The work went over by the originally scheduled time by a few days, but that was entirely expected and clearly communicated to me as they were very upfront about the addition to the timeline. Effective and clear communication is not skill that many contractors have, but Natanael and his crew and chosen sub-contractors are very good at communicating and explaining what they are doing and why they are doing it. There is no hiding of information or cutting corners – a very professional and ethical business conduct. There were two minor issues that were inadvertently done causing minor issues, but Natanael promptly inspected the causes and organized for them to be addressed and fixed to our satisfaction. P&P Renovations is honestly and sincerely is one of the best contractor companies we have ever come across – and I don’t throw praise around normally. All of the crew that came and went were very respectful of my home, my wife, and my two kids. My wife was actually on maternity leave and home with two kids under 3, and she didn’t complain once about any of the work, noise, dirt/dust, or any of the crew – a testament in itself of P&P’s level of effort and respect they show to their customers. Mauricio, Albert, Javier, Rafael, the plumbers, Omar the stairmaster, and the painters Cezar and Kenny were outstanding at their crafts, and were great people to have around. I’d happily welcome them back and look forward to working with them in a future project. We did a complete basement renovation which included gutting the existing basement, waterproofing and refinishing it. We put in a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and living area. We hired Natanael based on a friend's recommendation and do not regret it at all. His price was competitive to the other quotes we received. Rafael and Javier were assigned to our project and were great to work with. They were always polite and courteous. Rafael always took the time to answer any questions we had and was easily accessible by phone if we had any issues. They worked extremely hard everyday from 8am to 6pm. They even worked on weekends to ensure the project would finish on time. We love our new basement and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We recently had our bathroom renovated by P&P Renovations. Ernesto and George worked on the project. We are extremely satisfied with the final result. They were professional, polite and the work was completed on time and on budget. We would highly recommend this company.

Natanael’s team (Jorge and Mario) did an excellent job renovating our basement. Not only did they finish on time and on budget, they had great attitudes and never hesitated to answer any questions I had about the project. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.
