Basement Renovation
I recently contracted with P&P Painting & Renovations to renovate my unfinished basement into a legal basement apartment because of the many contractors I meet with, he seemed the most knowledgeable, he provided detailed answers to my questions and he gave me a reasonable quote. I am very happy to say that the job that his team did was outstanding. Mauricio & David worked well together, were easy to get along with and always tidied up after the days work. I made some additional work during the process downstairs and I even added some last minute upstairs work which they were able to accommodate. They did a great job in a short period of time and it was within budget. I do have plans to renovate my kitchen in a few years and will be booking with Natanael well in advance to make sure that his company will do the work.

Bathroom Shower
P&P was very professional, helpful and easy to work with. I am very happy with the work and the level of support they provide. We really enjoy the new shower. This is our second project with them and I'd gladly work with them again.

Kitchen Renovation
Natanael (P&P Renovations) did our kitchen renovation. The kitchen was completely gutted and redesigned. He came several times to determine the scope of work with no hesitation. The work was done under the supervision of Mario Gonzales. Mario is an excellent man with patience and has many skills. He also suggested some changes from the plan so that esthetically the appearance would not compromise. Mario co-ordinated the work of sub-contractors in a timely fashion so there is no lull time. He was always ready to accommodate us and bent backwards to help us in many ways. The team was very polite and respectful. They all worked long hours and remained always cheerful. The entire project was done before the time limit. Natanael’s crew carried the work very neatly without cutting corners and every day they clean the work site. They made sure that work was carried out with very little mess around the house. The garbage was also removed. I would have no hesitation in hiring this crew again to do any renovation around the house and would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to hire them. Thank you Team Natanael for a job well done.

Basement renovation
We had a bad experience with another company that did our kitchen renovation just before we started our basement reno. While we were doing the kitchen one, Natanael pointed out weird things that company was doing. Cutting corners, bad quality workmanship etc. From the beginning Natanael put us at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. His team of Sylvio and Jorge et al were great. The final job was completed in about 2 months and we are very happy with the work done. We can finally enjoy our basement again. The quote wasn't the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive. Natanael puts you at ease and you feel very comfortable talking shop with him.Thank you guys for a job well done. Don't hesitate. Go with these guys.

Bedroom Renovation
Nathaniel's team helped us renovate our daughter's room. They installed a bamboo floor, new ikea cabinet, a door and painted the interior. Not only were we thrilled with the result (Floor looked amazing and the IKEA drawers looked just like the inspiration picture I provided), the service was amazing. Having been through several renovations in the past and having some negative experiences, I was concerned about having to go through another one. All of Nathaniel's team were great - Rafeal was very responsive to my questions and quickly dealt with any issue that came up. The painter (can't recall his name) was also great about making sure everything was okay. They were always on time, respectful and professional and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them. We are going to use them for a larger bathroom renovation in the spring. Thanks Nathaniel, Rafeal and team. Awesome work.

Basement Renovation
Natanael and his team just completed a basement renovation for us and we're very happy with the end result! Every single guy on his team was very professional, very punctual and always very polite. Natanael is very accommodating and despite last minute changes on our part (even though we probably drove him crazy half the time;), did everything he could to make sure we were happy (they even fixed the ceiling in another part of the house free of charge). You can count on Natanel to do the work right, to code, and on time. His entire team was also super accommodating and respectful of us and the kids (we were living in the house throughout the reno) which made the whole process that much easier. Because they are very strict with their timing and schedules, there were a couple instances where things seemed a bit rushed (but Natanael made sure that if anything needed to be fixed, it was fixed right away) and they were not able to take on any additional work that was not part of the original job estimate or discussed early on (a family friend was originally going to tile the bath but when he had to cancel at the last minute, PP reno were not able to take this portion of the job on and we had to scramble to find someone else), so if you have anything that you think you might want to add to the scope or change later – keep this in mind. Other than that, would definitely recommend PP renovations – great team and great work. Thank you for everything Natanael and team – we love our new basement!!!

bathroom Remodel and new windows
I used P&P renovations for our basement when we refinished it, a few years ago and they were excellent- I then gave their name and number to no less than 4 other friends looking for reno's. We invited them back and just finished a reno with them now, with new windows and a new bathroom. They were on time and pretty close to budget- we have an older home and there were some issues that we didnt know about. The bathroom came out beautifully as did the windows, and Raphael and Ernesto our workers were very polite and helpful. My only issue is that a wall that had to be rebuilt wasnt sanded after it was mudded and where this not a part of the original contract I knew I would have to repaint it myself. i was ok with that but would have appreciated not having to do the sanding myself. Raphael came back to help us with our fan and was clear he wanted us to be happy...I appreciated this a great deal. Our wall socket cover was not screwed in all the way and it is kind of behind the mirror so i am not able to get in there and screw it in, it keeps falling off, and I have to keep setting it back in place, these were the only issues i had which is why i did not give it a perfect 10, but am still satisfied overall.

We did in your home a big reno with so many surprises and unexpected issues because of the age of your home and we dealt with those big issues very well so it is frustrating and sad for us after having completed such nice windows and bathroom renos to hear you were not completely happy because of minor issues which we could have solved so easy if we had known, so please next time just tell us, we are here to help!!! General renovation main floor
After meeting with more than 5 contractors we decided to go with P & P Renovations to entirely renovate our main floor (new hardwood floor, new carpentry, new windows, and painting) including new stair to second floor. They exceeded our expectations in all respects. Natanael impressed us from the first meeting with his knowledge, experience and very good recommendations. We received a very detailed quote with beautiful pictures of jobs performed by them. We made the right decision. The crew was excellent, very clean, professional, courteous and considerate with us; they are excellent at what they do. We highly recommend to P&P to everyone and we'll use them in a near future to renovate our second floor including bathrooms. Thank you so much P & P!!!!!

Backyard Deck
I hired Pp renovation in late Spring 2014 to install a deck in composite material in dark grey . They did awesome job , clean , and perfect . I Waited couple of days to get the customized material then they installed the whole things in 3 days . The team is very knowledgeable , they arrive on time and whenever I have a question they are really a phone call away .I have hired Pp team to do 3 major works in my house and I will hire them again for any new project I may plan for . Keep up with the great work guys :)

Kitchen Renovation
This is the second project that Natanael's team has undertaken at our home, and the results were even better than the first time. They helped us take a small, very dated kitchen and turn it into an airy, modern space that completely changed the complexion of the house. Natanael has a great knack for listening to what a client wants and implementing it, but at the same time pushing them in positive new directions when their ideas may have unforeseen consequences. We were extremely pleased with the hard work and dedication to their craft shown by Rafael and Javier. They put in long days, walked us through every step of the process and were attentive to our concerns. These are not guys who cut corners, but the project came in on time and on budget, while the quality of the work was excellent. In other words, true professionals -- as well as being friendly and considerate. The project involved the work of a number of trades and outside vendors, and each of them delivered work of the same high quality as Natanael's core team, without causing delays. We're thrilled with our new kitchen, and already looking forward to our next project with Natanael.
