We hired P&P Renovations to do a complete remodel of the main floor and top floor or our home and we’re so glad that we did. They did an excellent job and we are so impressed by their craftsmanship and professionalism. From mid-June to mid-August 2012 Nataneal and his crew essentially gutted our house and redid it from top to bottom. They re-wired the electrical and replaced the plumbing throughout the entire house. They re-laid the subflooring and fixed joists to ensure that the house was sound and secure. They removed walls to create an open plan on the main floor and to enlarge the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. They installed a brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom. They constructed a new laundry area. They put in new ceilings and pot-lights. They laid hardwood throughout both levels of the house and replaced the staircase to match the new flooring. They replaced all doors including the front door and some windows. They organized for new ducting and returns to be installed throughout the house and had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. They installed all of our new appliances. They painted the entire inside of the house.
Nataneal and his crew went above and beyond to see the job done to our liking and to provide assistance wherever possible. We were given expert advice at all times. Often they thought about, and would suggest things, that would make our home more beautiful or functional which we had never even considered even though this meant more work for them to do at no extra charge to us. Nataneal and his crew took their work very seriously to the point of being true perfectionists which allowed for a great deal of peace of mind on our end—something which is often rare when renovating. They were always available to discuss our ideas or to answer any questions that we had. Each and every member of the crew: the builders, electrician, plumber, HVAC installer, painter, etc., and especially Nataneal himself were engaging people who clearly took pride in their work, and were genuinely interested in providing us with quality service.
We interviewed a number of contractors prior to going with P&P and we decided on P&P for several reasons. They had received excellent reviews, and were eager for us to see some of the work that they had done. In fact Nataneal invited us into his own home to see his bathrooms and kitchen to give us an idea of what could be done in our home. We were also impressed by their fair prices and their homeowner-friendly payment schedule. They set a deadline that allowed for the house to be finished promptly (even given the degree of work that needed to be done). They stuck to that deadline and never made us worry that things would run beyond the agreed upon move-in date. We did not know at the time we employed P&P, but we were delighted to discover, that Nataneal has connections with a vast array of businesses. We were able to source our hardwood floors, quartz countertops, tiling, and much more, through connections of his for prices that it would be impossible for us to have found on our own.
A year from now we intend to underpin our basement and completely re-do the basement level of our house complete with a large bathroom. We will definitely be getting P&P to do this work for us, and indeed we will be getting them to do any home renovations that we require in the future. You will not regret hiring P&P to do work on your home, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
