installing microwave above the stove
I notice this company was doing work on a townhouse near me and emailed them to come and do an estimate. Natanael came and once the estimate was done, they came about 10 days later to do the job. They had to switch cupboards from above the stove and fridge in order to have more room to install the microwave above the stove. The work was very well done and you can not even tell that the cupboards had been switched. A very professional job from a very professional company.

Basement Renovation
We hired Natanael and his team to renovate our basement after extensively interviewing numerous contractors. Natanael's professionalism, experience, and knowledge really stood out compared to the rest. Moreover, he really seem to care that the work was done well, on time, and on budget. We worked with Calvin and Ernesto as the project team. They were punctual and did their job well. The communication between myself and the project team was also satisfactory. Natanael is very good at responding to e-mail and he was always available to respond to questions (even when he was on holiday!). All the people he brought in to complete the job, including the painter (Camillo) and electrician (Laureano) were excellent and very professional. In fact, we referred to Natanael to provide us advice about someone who could replace our boiler (which broke down one week after the basement renovations were done) and the person he recommended was outstanding. We have been very happy with our experience with P&P Renovations. We will be sure to use them again for future renovations. We've also recommended them to many of our friends.

Basement renovations
We had P&P finish our basement. They took out a post to the basement and put in a new oak staircase with iron spindles. Full dry walling, subflooring, laminate floors, a full bathroom with glass shower, enlarge a window, 1 bedroom and open recreation area. Also took out a small portion of a wall to create an opening from main lobby to basement. Best thing about company--is the detailed contract that describes fully the work being done and the exact costs. Natanael sent his business license and insurance along with the quotation, which I much appreciated. Other companies were giving verbal estimates, approx values etc., which I did not feel comfortable with. We also felt Natanel was most experienced in finishing basements compared to others we interviewed. We had Mario/Mauricio as the proj manager- easy to work with him, and made recommendations/changes as needed with owner. Proj was completed on schedule with some work being done on Saturdays as well. Pricing was not the cheapest but not the most expensive-they are reasonable for what was being done, with professional experience. We would recommend them to others. Caplings of Milton

Basement Renovation
I knew P & P was the company we were going to pick as soon as Natanael came by to give the estimate. It was obvious he cared about making sure that we were going to make the best use of our space for our family. This was the first renovation we've ever done and we were pretty stressed out about picking the right company. We contacted 4 other companies, some with 9 and 10 ratings here, and they either spent 5 minutes with us or didn't even send us the estimate they promised. Nathy spent about 30 minutes on the estimate and sent all the details when he said he would. Natanael, Mauricio and the rest of the crew were respectful and helpful when it came to making decisions on the fly, hard working and clean! Our basement looks fantastic and it's the little things that set these guys apart for me. They sealed the entry to the basement so the rest of the house wouldn't get dusty and you can see the pride they take in their work by looking at the details like how perfect the trim is and how they helped us maximize the space with where to put doors to maximize wall space and how to best incorporate the pillars. My wife was home during the renovation for most days and didn't feel like it was disruptive at all, they covered the pathway to our basement in cardboard so our upstairs flooring wouldn't get dirty and even chased after our cat when it would sneak out while they were bringing stuff in. I can't thank Nathy and his crew enough, it was a great experience and it was done just in time for Christmas. Thanks guys!

Kitchen, Bathrooms, Basement
Natanael and Mauricio are very experienced and knowledgeable about many different aspects of home renovation. This was evident in the quality of their work, the very useful advice they gave on many things, and even in the people they chose to work with to get the job done. There were no surprises budget-wise, and a surprise timing-wise was that they were able to complete the work almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate our move-in date, saving us grief and expense of moving twice. Natanael clearly values customer satisfaction as he was always happy to accommodate, and even after final payment, promptly came back to address minor issues that were not detectable until we moved in. I never had to worry about subcontractors, or any details about the project - only tell Natanael or Mauricio what I wanted (only needed to be said once), and they made it happen. My husband is not easy to impress, and even his expectations were exceeded. Great job, Natanael and crew - you deserve every compliment on this site, and we will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks.

New Basement Renovation
We have asked for 6 quotes on our project. We were very impressed by the P&P Reno's portfolios and their detail quotation breakdown. Their price is not the highest and within our budget. Their team are really professional, polite and efficient. They cleaned up everyday. Some of Natanael's are very constructive and helpful. A few compliments from our neighbours / friends and asked us for the reference. We will definitely recommend P&P Renovations to our friends and neighbours. We'll call them again for our future renovations. One happy customer - Li

Home renovations
We hired Natanel and his crew for our 2 floor home renovations. They impressed from the beginning with a very thorough project outline and reasonable prices. In a 10 week period the crew gutted our old house and renovated 2 floors. They also designed and installed our new kitchen, redid our bathroom and powder room, and installed a new staircase. We were impressed with their work ethic, their dependability,and reliability and their good sense of humour. The crew stayed on budget and always informed us of the fees when we requested additions to our workplans. When the project was running late the team put in many long days to finish by our requested timeline. We are very happy with the work done and gratefull for a smooth renovation. We will certainly have the team back for our basement renovation. Thank you!

basement reno
Nataniel and team stayed on budget and on track. Their estimate was the most thorough I recieved and even when changes needed to be made, budget was intact. His whole team was exceptionally professional but special mention to Yovani who was here through the whole process, and who's friendly demeanor never made us feel like we had a stranger in the house. His pride in his work, and his solid advice made us sure we had picked a winning team. The basement is incredible and started as a barely workable just dug out concrete space. We will recommend them to anyone and will be re hiring them for our future renovations....job well done!

Basement Renovation
A year ago we had Nathaniel renovate our basement rec room and install a new staircase. The staircase replacement was his suggestion in order to improve the whole space, as well as for safety reasons. A year later and we absolutely love the basement, and the quality of work speaks for itself. It has become one of our favourite places in the house. I would highly recommend P&P for their quality of work, their efficiency, and Nathaniel's vision in suggesting things that will make the space beautiful. This review is a year late, but often the job looks great at first, but you run into issues later on. This is not the case with P&P. The quality stands the test of time. Bathroom renovation
We hired P&P to work on our main bathroom and powder room renovations. We are very pleased with their work. Nathaniel Jr. and his crew were great to work with. And we will definitely hire them again for other home projects in the future.
