Natanael was the 9th or 10th contractor we had out to view our basement, he really took the time to get an understanding as to what we really wanted. What I was really impressed with was that he sent the quote on a letter head, his business licence and his WSIB licence. This was the deal sealer for me. During the renovation, Natanael kept us informed on a daily basis on how things were going, he was very open to onsite changes (we wanted to remove 2 pot lights completely and move 2) and was actually finished 3 days earlier than anticipated. We were very pleased with the work that Natanael and his team did and would recommend him to anyone. We love our newly finished basement, thank you Natanael.

From the initial quote to the final inspection of our newly built basement, dealing with Natanael and his crew was such a pleasant experience. They did a truly magnificent job on our basement. They provided an update every evening-something which my husband and I truly appreciated. We were very happy with the quality of their work. Would I hire them again - in a heartbeat!

Natanael came by my house to quote on my bathroom the same day I contacted him. He arrived on time and then within a day was able to provide us with a detailed written quote. I think this is virtually unheard of in this industry. The job was a complete gut job of the bathroom. We had a new toilet installed, but it was moved to the other side of the room. We also installed a new sink, tub, and had them build a closet where the toilet once stood. We obviously also re-tiled everything. The price I included in this review included all labour and many of the small items (piping, primer, baseboards, wiring, etc.,.) but did not include the fixtures, tile, or paint (perhaps another $3000 in the end). The worked commenced and finished on time (approximately 10 working days) and was done with great care and skill. I couldn't be happier. He was very patient with us, even though we changed some of the final details several times. I am digging down my basement in the next few months and will undoubtedly be calling on P&P when it comes time to finish it.

This review is long overdue and I am happy to finally get to it. I run an Interior Design firm, and not only have I used P&P Renovation services to implement clients’ home renovations but also to make structural and aesthetic changes in my own home twice. Since the first job we have done together, a few years back now, quotations are detailed and prices are fair; and most importantly, the work is always well done and in a timely manner. As an Interior Designer consultant, I particularly appreciate the attention to detail and the flexibility of the team. Each and all the team members work incredibly hard and always try their best to follow plans and schedule. Renos are a lot of work, and even if everyone thrives to make it as smooth as possible, sometimes changes happen. This could be for structural and/or aesthetic reasons, or even because of unexpected budget restrictions... If so, you will be happy your project is in P&P Renovations' hands, as Nathy and his team will think it through and will make sure to share the most appropriate solution with you before going ahead. And off course, they are flawless projects as well! Finally, what I particularly appreciate about P&P Renovations, is that the team will not leave a job site without making sure the place is spotless and the client is completely happy. Natanael and his crew are very professional and I quickly grew to trust Natanael. He is honest and knows what he is doing. He made suggestions for cost savings but never sacrificed quality. I would definitely recommend P&P Renovations and will use them again for my full basement renovation. Octavio is a hard worker, one of the most polite people I've ever encountered; he owned my vision for the bathroom and made it happen! I can't wait for them to consult for my basement reno.

We renovated a basement bathroom that was long overdue. The bathroom was probably first done more than 45 years ago. I called around for quotes and had 5 contractors come in to view the bathroom. All seemed quite reputable and professional. Of the 5, two quotes came in much higher and the other 3 were priced around the same. Only one of the five was willing to reconfigure the placement of the fixtures, dig up the concrete floor and replace the plumbing below ground. That one contractor was Natanael. He was also one of the 3 that was fairly priced. I think it being a very old bathroom, no one was willing to risk what was below ground. The walls of the bathroom were made of plywood. Would believe that one contractor actually suggested that we place the subway tile on top of the plywood? Natanael listened to what we were looking for, and suggested ideas that were in line with our needs. We had a couple contractors try to talk us out of installing a bathtub and going with only a shower due to the limited space. Even though I clearly stated that it was a top priority that we have a bathtub. People just don’t listen. Had I know that this renovation would go as smoothly as it did, I would have done this much sooner. Natanael’s team worked very hard and diligently. It was obvious that Octavio takes a lot of pride in his work. The quality of the work is top notch. I don’t envy how hard he worked. To say that the bathroom is a 300% improvement is an understatement. It’s not even recognizable from what it used to look like prior to the reno. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Natanael and his crew to anyone interested in renovating their home. In the spring we’re renovating another bathroom and Natanael’s team is already booked for the job!

Hardworking, respectable crew, very polite. Arrived on time daily, cleaned work site at the end of each day. Any changes I requested was met with a positive attitude. Good workmanship, job completed on time & within budget. My only concern would be the painting, the painter although very hard worker there were times when I was required to point out missed areas. Also requested the wood baseboards to be painted which was done however they were not sanded down first. As a result there are areas that the paint has chipped off when touched by a piece of furniture or vaccum. Other than this I was extremely please with the work done.

We hired Natanael and his crew for our basement renovation in October and was very satisfied with their work. We chose this company because they were professional, friendly and the cost was fair. During our first meeting wherein we explained what we needed done, good suggestions were made and Natanael was able to answer questions that we had at the time. Also, what I found impressive was that he actually made notes as to what we wanted and also any potential issues about the space that may affect the quotation. Sounds basic enough but I was surprised that he was the only contractor that did this and it reflected in the detailed quotation we were given compared to the other companies. The work started on time and ended as scheduled. Communication through email was the norm so we always had a paper trail and also response time was quick. There were no major issues during the renovation and if we had any minor concerns they were approachable and quickly addressed. The work crew were always polite, friendly and hardworking. We will be recommending Natanael to our friends and relatives should they need any future renos.

P&P did a great job in our basement. Natanael listened to our ideas, had very good suggestions and respected our decisions. He also made sure our questions were answered and issues solved quickly. We would like to thank Natanael and his hard-working, always on time and very polite team for making it an enjoyable experience.

We are extremely pleased with the great work that P&P provided. These guys work from sun-up to sun-down and have a dedicated team devoted to your project until its completed. Their quality of work and attention to detail is outstanding, as is their willingness to work with you every step of the way to insure that you get what you want. We felt we could trust P&P right from day one: they were professional, friendly, and always left the work area clean at the end of each day. They were always fair in dealing with changes, valuing our satisfaction far beyond trying to push hidden costs into the equation. The contract was detailed, the pricing very fair and competitive, and we received 110% of what was agreed to at the original pricing. No one can say that house renovations are fun, but to underline our satisfaction, when the project was completed, we actually missed these guys when they packed up and left for good. Thanks P&P.
