I have only good things to say about P & P. Nathaniel (the father) provided a lot of input during the consultation and was very helpful identifying things that we didn't necessarily think of. Nathaniel (the son, and the one who I will reference in the rest of the review) was the one who was involved with the project once it got started and he was phenomenal. Any problem that came up was addressed quickly and professionally. They were on schedule, on budget. They worked everyday, no gaps, there were usually two people working on the basement at all times. Additionally they were just generally good and honest people who made my basement renovation an excellent experience. I have every confidence in their commitment to stand behind their work and they have followed up on everything I've asked. In our case they definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for any additional work I have. Great Job.

I hired P&P Renovations to complete a renovation on my basement windows. They installed a weaping system,cut brick, installed new windows (double the size), painted and finished the work properly. The best aspect of them was the fact that they were CLEAN. They ensured that every spec of dust was out of my house before they left everyday. As well, any issues that came up such as a crack in my foundation were taken care of. Nothing was overlooked. I will be contacting them again in the future for more renovation projects.

We contacted P&P renovations after reading the good reviews on Homestars. Their quote was reasonable and Nathaniel made good suggestions for the design and layout. We were looking to renovate our unfinished basement (approx 15 x 25 feet), to include a washroom (with custom shower), laundry room (with cabinets, counter & stainless steel laundry sink) , furnace room and storage closets. The price included all building materials and labour (we just had to provide washroom fixtures and tiles). We have never met harder working people than the P&P team. Nathaniel (owner's son) was the main contractor on site together with Hansel, and other team members at various stages. All of the team were very friendly and helpful. They began work at 7.30 - 8am each weekday and worked until 7 - 9pm each evening. The original timeline we were given was 3 - 4 weeks, but the project finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Nathaniel was willing to work with our budget, and flexible with modifications as the project progressed. The work was finished to a high standard and the project turned out exactly how we wanted. We would highly recommend P&P renovations, and will certainly use them for any future projects.

P&P Renovations renovated our laundry room and we couldn't be more pleased. It's now the nicest room in the house. They were friendly, on time and within budget. I highly recommend them.

We recently bought a house that had a gas stove, but we decided to change to an electric stove so that we could also have an OTR microwave installed. Natanael was early for our first meeting and after walking through the project he was able to provide us with a quote within 24 hours. On the day of the project Natanael was once again early to the job and i was completed in the time frame provided in his quote. I would recommend Natanael to anyone who is looking for a professional that they can trust to get the job done right and on time.

Nataneal jr. and team helped us turn an unfinished space into a beautiful suite. We got a number of quotes, and P&P were our favourite. Their prices were reasonable, and they were easy to work with. When problems were encountered (and there always are in an old house), they worked with us to resolve them within our budget. And they brought in the right people for the job when they needed to, instead of trying to muddle through. Their main concern was good quality work and our satisfaction with the work. Communication with us was excellent. Nataneal finished the project on time and on budget, and the quality was very good. I would hire these guys again.

When we embarked into this home renovation journey, we asked 4 general contractors to give us an estimate. They all came to the house to visit and we immediately had a very good feeling for Naty, the owner of P&P. He gave us more ideas than the other guys, he shared his passion for a job well done and the customers. We only got 2 quotes back, I guess the other guys were too busy, and after a back and forth to clarify the key points, P&P was the best value considering the amount of work required (basement, laundry room, stairs, complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, adding windows and patio doors, new hardwood and ceramic floor for 2/3 of the house, etc, etc). I checked 2 of the references provided and they were all good. Our experience during the project was really good.. Natigo, the son of Naty knows his job very well and worked really hard on our project. For 8 weeks, there were on average 2 to 3 guys working. They were on site early aroud 730/8am and it was not unusual to see them wrapping up only around 8 pm or more.. There were a lot of decisions to make and material to buy but Natigo made it easy for us by providing good advises and recommending what we should be doing. We did our kitchen with Lowes - P&P did the preparation very well and Lowes installed the kitchen. Elite was the installer. The cabinets are great but we were not impressed by the guys from Elite and the design was not the best. The quality of the work performed was average at best and the communication very poor. Not sure I would with Lowes again.. For a big project like a home renovation project, I would recommend to go with the contingency fee that Naty is proposing. There were a lot of changes on this project, the bigger ones were paid on top of the original costs but P&P did no ask for incremental money for a lot of the smaller but still significant changes. If I was to find room for improvement, I would say that some of the tile quantities were a little overestimated and we ended up with a bit more left over than I would have liked (the company we dealt with did not take returns after 30 days - you may want to check that). Also, in some areas, the quality of the finishing - painting and staining could have been a little better. Overall, I would definetly recommend P&P. They are truly concerned about the customer and they worked really hard. At the end of the project, Natigo spent 3 or 4 Saturdays of his own time with me to finish some wiring work and I do not think a lot of contractors would do the same. Also they wanted so bad our stairs to look good that they offered to pay some of the costs of the iron posts.. At the end of the project we had lunch with them everyday and it was good fun.. I just finished the last piece of the project hooking up the home theater equipment in the basement with the projector and it is great. We love our house!! .. Thanks Naty, Natigo and crew..

Natanael and his team did an exceptional job for us! Great ideas, great work, honest advice and EXTREMELY RELIABLE! We are so pleased with P&P Renovations that they are back to do the master bath. We have also referred P&P Renovations to friends who are equally as pleased.
