We recently had our basement developed in our newly built home and are extremely impressed with the quality of the work that went into this project. We chose Planit Builders because of their great reputation and professionalism. We have undergone many renovations in previous homes with mixed results and so a lot of consideration went into choosing a developer for our basement. We are very satisfied with our choice. The project was completed in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the end result. We now have a beautiful basement that matches the quality and finish of the rest of our home. A special thank you to our site supervisor, Patrick, who did an excellent job!

Every step of the way Planit Builders and their employees were curtious, responsible and professional. Our project really could not have gone smoother. Whenever, on the odd occasion, we had an issue it was addressed and immediately taken care of. Mark, our site supervisor, was very responsive to any requests that we had. We're very happy with our end product.

My basement was recently developed by Planit builders and my site supervisor was Patrick Card. My development went very smoothly thanks to Patrick, I had a few development changes along the way and Patrick made all of them possible and pretty effortless. If needed, Patrick even put in extra work to ensure that everything was finished the way I wanted it finished. I was working away for most of the development but, throughout the whole process I was in constant communication either through phone calls or text messages and he promptly responded. I spent a lot of money on my basement on high end finishes and designs and Patrick delivered all of them. He made the overall experience very painless and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family looking to have their basement developed. Thanks for the Great Job Patrick!!

From the initial phone call to the final touch-ups we were very pleased with our experience with PLANiT Builders. Everyone we met with, Murray, Arnold, Laurissa & our site super Steve Belanger, were all so knowledgeable and patient with our not knowing 100% what we wanted to do, explaining why we could or could not put a wall “there”, what colors would work best with the rest of the house and walking us through the schedule of what was to come. I was very impressed with how well Steve “prepped” the house to keep it clean and useable for us and the contractors. When we had a question or concern we were able to get in touch with Steve fairly quickly and he was great at helping us out and answering our questions. There were a few minor bumps in the road, but Steve took it all in stride and took care of them. It was great knowing that all I had to do was call him up, tell him what happened and it was fixed. It was a huge weight lifted for us. We are very pleased with not only the service but the final product also. All trades were respectful and professional. Another plus was Steve made sure that the basement was finished on time, as promised. We have and certainly would continue to recommend PLANiT Builders to other home owners.

We were very impressed and happy with the work completed by Planit Builders. The whole process was a very positive experience. We particularly liked the fact the we could pick everything out without having to leave our home. Mark, our site supervisor was awesome to work with. Mark is very knowledgeable and obviously very good at his job. He was always available to us with any questions or concerns that we had. He also made the job run smoothly and on time. As well, we cannot say enought good things about all the trades people. They were all professional, respectful and excellent at what they do. We would highly recommend Planit Builders to anyone.

Having a site manager made everything really easy. If something goes wrong or you have a question, there is only one person to communicate with, rather than sorting out/organizing the different trades yourself - which can be a headache!!

I chose Planit Builders based on the reviews and research I read and they did not disappoint. Mark, my site supervisor was fantastic to work with - an absolute perfectionist. He guided a 70 year old home with an unfinished basement into a show home. All of the trades are master craftsmen, respectful, on time and wonderful to work with. I don't believe there is a better company to work with than Planit Builders. They are upfront about every cost, they pay extreme attention to detail and just all around great people to work with. From the moment you meet for your first consultation to meeting the designer to the end of the job they make home renovation a breeze. I highly recommend them and given them a solid 10 out of 10. Thank you for turning my basement into something I am really proud of and excited to show off.

Not only did we feel very comfortable with the staff but our project supervisor Graham made the whole renovation easy to live through.
