We are very satisfied with the Great job Sonny and his team did. The professionalism from day one of planning, thru the supervision by Beau, to the job done by the very courteous tradesmen(women) was a very positive experience. Our little changes were addressed with great co-operation from all and the Reno looks great! Beau Nycha our supervisor was amazing, we miss not seeing his great smile and positive attitude every morning! Gene and Sue.

We had our basement done and we love it. The whole process was easy and we were well informed all along the way. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and courteous. It feels like our basement was always here. We are so happy we went with Planit Builders. We absoulutely love the finished product. We would recommend them to anyone for any project.

We had several quotes done regarding the finishing of our basement, Planit was the third company we met with and we immediately knew that they were the company we wanted to deal with. When doing the initial quote with Sonny we were very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. Steve was the site supervisor and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was in contact with us 3-4 times a week and was at our house at least twice a week to make sure things were being done to our liking. As well the Tradesmen that Steve had doing the job were all true professionals and this showed in the quality of work that was done. Our house is approx 75km outside of the city but this didn't affect any of the work being done as all the Trades showed up when they were scheduled and whenever I met any of them they always personable. With the basement being finished on time and on budget I would say that our overall experience with Planit was great and I would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

PLANiT were very professional and accommodating from start to finnish. As they are very open about stating in the beginning they were not the Cheapest but nor were they the most expensive. right in that middle ground. I really liked their policy on above builder grade materials and having proper trades in for proper jobs made us feel very comfortable. as in any renovation project there were small hiccups along the way but PLANit was not interested in making excuses just getting the problem resolved... whole basement renovated, with bathroom installed, took exactly eight weeks just like they said! Their Site Manager Steve was very professional and took all of our concerns very seriously. if we ever have to do another basement we would DEFINITELY use these guys again! if you decide to go with them mention my name... maybe I can get a referral fee :) Craig Johnson

Lower than expected quality of workmanship. Initial job often very sloppy. Many portions of the project required re doing due to low intial quality. Also despite initial appearances, project was not well organized and required constant scrutiny to make sure the project was completed as requested. In the end work was satisfactory but not without significant effort on my part.

Planit Builders renovated our 1970's kitchen, took out walls, added an island, granite countertops, wine cooler, lighting, and new oak cabinets and completely painted the downstairs area. They provided a design consultant that helped with the choosing of product and colours, and went beyond what I expected with added touches to make the kitchen and living room into what I envisioned. They were on time, helpful, everyday felt like Christmas as I would come home from work to see what else had been done, the quality of the work was excellent. The after service work with the new cabinets and such has been extremely good.

We heard their ads on the radio and compared their quote with other companies and decided to go with them. they helped with financing and walked us through the beginning and how it was going to work. Always on time and on schedule and the quality of the workmanship was great. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a garage. Excellent!!!

We needed our Basement developed. Selecting a contractor sucked. We asked planit builders for a estimate and instantly new this was our builder. I don't often write reviews but need to make an exception in this case. Simply they were fast, affordable. They always let us know what was happening. Our recommendation is extended to everyone. Thanks guys. and Cheers to my new bar!!!!

The people at Planit builders were great from the time I received the estimate until the finished product. They kept me up to date on where the project was and at each step brought me out to inspect the work. Overall I can't say enough about the company and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Crew were always on time and extremely efficient. They followed up with all our expectations and constantly asked our opinions. They're a very honest company, and very professional. They have exceptional lending rates with TD Canada Trust, and they're customer service went beyond expectations. I highly recommend and would hire them again.
