    Window

    Landmark are horrible at returning the call. Called 4x in the last month and they keep saying a worker will call but never called. Im having few problem such as the exterior work not as clean and need to be clean and the interior, my dad had to clean it up. The new window has a lot of pressure to open and close and there is a big gap on the window and Im finding bugs getting in. At this point, do not reccommend company. Still waiting for a call.

    2 patio doors and 12 windows replaced

    terrible installation and post installation customer service. We had 2 large patio doors and 12 windows replaced on July 8th, it’s now mid October and the job is not finished. Just after the original installation we noticed 2 significant issues: one patio door lock is not working (which is a safety issue) and has a damaged glass inside (noticed after washing it) Another window is not leveled, and so the top frame is already sagging in the middle and mechanism sometimes falls off so you can not open the window This is not to mention small items like: outside capping has ¾'' difference between top and bottom frames, hole in the screen, windows are not aligned, scratches on the frames, and spots on the glass that are impossible to clean. Landmark technician came on July 20 and agreed that identified issues have to be fixed, new door will be ordered and ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks changed to 2 months and on September 21st they were coming to fix it. They called to postpone it to Oct 3 due to “unavailability of wooden trim”, since then we’ve been given 2 new dates all of which were cancelled on the day of. Recently we found they don’t have the door (3 mths later). We’ve had painter and window drapes installer on standby for 2.5 months to accommodate Landmark’s expended schedule. Stucco company couldn't postpone their work any more and started to cover windows frames which they suppose to align. We find the customer service unacceptable, especially for such large transaction size.

    Doors

    Was promised a time frame and was missed again. I love the products but the timelines haven't been met either time

    Windows replaced

    Excellent job. No mess left behind. Good job on caps and caulking. I like that they covered heat vents to keep dirt out

    Windows and doors

    New Windows new front door new patio door insulation. Finished on time And service was very helpful

    Windows

    The windows are excellent quality. The salesperson, Paul, was courteous and informative and listened to our needs. The installer, Tim, did a fabulous job. He is a skilled professional. Very courteous and reliable. A pleasure to work with.

    windows

    The installation pertained to four bedroom windows. Installation was flawless and expertly done. Landmark Homes certainly have the inside track on being the company that we choose to finish the upgrading of our homes windows.

    put three new windowa in the house

    they did a great job and clean up after when they where all done and they where also friendly as well

    7 windows replaced

    I was very impressed with the knowledgeable salesman Dennis Beauchamp and the 2 installers especially Jeff. I wish I had used this company to install my other windows. I plan to use Landmark company to replace my condo windows next year.
